Excellent service, breakfast was great, beds were comfortable and overall very clean! Milk and cookies at night were a plus for the kids.

Great vacation with our 2 grandchildren in Carlsbad. Very nice breakfast and great cookies and milk each night. The free shuttle was a big plus. The staff were amazing and very friendly.

Pros The rooms were clean and comfortable, no noise. The bed was very comfortable!The hotel is lovely at well-maintained. That being said. The cons are the toiletries are not good. I had to use my own. The air conditioner did not make the room as cold as I would have liked. The breakfast was not that good but I guess it was as good as a buffet would be. The Last night we wanted to use the pool and a family decided to have a party and invited 10 of their family members to come to the pool which made everyone uncomfortable and they pretty much took it over the whole night. I wish they had a way to regulate how many people can come and use the amenities when they are only using one room for the night. Hope this can be fixed in the future because it’s been an issue in a lot of hotels lately.

We had an amazing stay during our trip! Everything from check-in to check-out was seamless. The room was spacious and comfortable, the pullout couch perfect for my 6 year old son and he was excited to have his own tv. The proximity to Legoland made it incredibly convenient. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast buffet was delicious with plenty of options for both kids and adults. Overall, it was a fantastic experience that added to our memorable Legoland adventure!

We stayed here with two toddlers during a trip to Lego Land. The place was clean for the most part, just needed sweeping or vacuuming in between the lamp seat and bed. I had something fall and when I picked up, it was a little dusty with other guests hair. Besides that, the rest of the place was quiet and clean, perfect for our stay.

This place made traveling with two toddlers easy. The sink and microwave in the room was perfect and the breakfast was the cherry on top. The place was clean and it had a lovely smell.

Its a very kid friendly hotel and very homey feeling. They have milk & cookies at night for all the guests.

I have stayed at a few hotels in the Carlsbad vicinity, and I keep coming back to this property. It's very clean, well-manicured and the staff is friendly and courteous. I am a solo traveler, and I see happy families staying and using the facilities which is always nice. I further see seasoned travelers also enjoying these grounds.

The staff was great. Great customer service. Super helpful. Kind. They had cookies for our arrival and even handed the kids Lego toys for our stay. The continental breakfast was the best I have ever seen/had. It was like eating at a fast food breakfast spot, the staff was ready to clean up if anything spilled, to assist you if something ran out. They had fresh food and ready to go. They had a variety of stuff to choose from and fresh! So delicious! And every night for two hours they have a cookies and milk happy hour. So cool! Our kids, and ourselves, enjoyed that and looked forward to it. Fresh chocolate chip and other types of cookies with milk, water or coffee. We will definitely stay here again! Thank you!
