Staybridge Suites San Bernardino Loma Linda, an IHG Hotel

Very clean and tidy, had all the essentials we needed. It was very convenient that the room had dishes, silverware, pots and pans! My family loved the variety at breakfast also. Overall, excellent service!

Overall it was really good place to stay. We chose this hotel because of the room option that would fit my family of 6 comfortably. The room in general was pretty clean with the exception of some dust and dirt under the mattress by the headboards. There was even a nerf foam piece left from previous guests. Just a bit more attention to detail would fix the problem. The beds were very comfortable. The staff was great and always kind. The hotel is in near proximity to a lot of food options if continental breakfast isn’t your thing. Our overall experience was great, would definitely stay again

Our room was clean and comfortable, perfect for our family. There were restaurants within walking distance. Loved the breakfast options which was included. The only drawback was the elevators weren’t working, however the staircase was clean, well lit and felt safe. We will definitely stay here again.

Nice place.. good for family. We stayed a week with our 4 kids and it was comfy. The free breakfast was amazing with having 4 kids to feed! That was appreciated. The housekeeping staff were all nice and helpful. Kids enjoyed the pool.. husband used the gym and there is a laundry room. All looks clean and new. If we come back to Ca we are most likely staying here again

We arrived close to 10pm and was told that they called us in the morning to tell us that they didn’t have the room available due to a maintenance issue. We explained that, that could 100% not be true bc we booked the room 4 hours before. She said they could not accommodate our party of 5 which includes2 adults and 3kids.She sent us to townplace suites and told us that she had called them and they could accommodate our party of 5. We arrived there checked in with no problem only to unpack our vehicle to arrive to a room that only accomadates 4 people. We contacted the front desk and we’re made aware that they can only accomadate 4 people as well unless we want to book another room. She said the lady did call from the other hotel and failed to mention to them that we needed a room for 5 people. She also the lady at the 1st hotel said they oversold which is different that the blatant lie she told us. After an exhausting day we were left choiceless and had to remain there as it was late. We asked for a rollaway bed and were denied. Townplace staff member Breann was the rudest person I have encountered EVER. When I got to the room and called to inquire about the accomadations for 5 she offered to book another room where I guess she wanted our family to split up and also pay for that additional room. She also put the phone down without saying anything I walked out to the front and found her laughing with her male coworker. I asked her why she put the phone down without saying

You could hear kids running up and down the aisle outside my room. The worst bed in world I couldn't sleep the bed is very very uncomfortable.

Check-in was horrible I had four rooms for three nights. no one knew what they were doing I did reserve through a third party. Forgot my ID I change name on reservations, but Still had issues. I don’t know how hard it was to find my reservations not even the manager could figure it out. Then she comes back and says ‘oh the computers aren’t friendly today! LAME EXCUSE! They did not go over quick amenities of the hotel not even breakfast or pool times. Then breakfast was supposed to be at 6:30 lots of early birds in the dining area waiting. food starts to come out at 6:45 2 women employees with big long faces Not even a good morning or a smile. Food was cold, boxed scrambled eggs were grainy. Only fruit was frozen Strawberries. IT WAS HORRIBLE! Did speak to same manger she went to check the food. Comes back and says’ food is at Temperature. As food was coming out it was running out. People waiting frustrated and standing around also asking employees for food. It was long waiting time. There was also a gentleman that went through the doors one employee working in the back and they told him to wait. As I was waiting by the drink machine I heard in the back employees were just cussing away. Staybridge has always been my favorite and first choice place to stay even though this location was new It was very disappointing. I chose And recommended Staybridge to my family while we were in town for a celebration. House Keeping staff was very friendly more welcoming than the front desk!
