I book Hampton Inn because they have always been reliably good. Not this time!! Hard beds, dirty run-down room. I asked for blankets and pillows for the sofa bed and was given one of each, even though I had two teenagers. I needed a good nights sleep before a busy demanding day but I and my kids did not get it. Affected our performance as we were too tired and sore to do well. If you need a good nights sleep, don’t go to this Hampton Inn.

The room we checked out was very big. It was very clean and comfy. It had enough room to even bring in our Queen air mattress, since we had multiple kids. There was one down fall. I checked the room out for 2 overnights. I gathered all of the trash and put it outside my door, so housekeeping won’t enter the room since we didn’t need it. I put all the trash outside and when we returned, it was brought and tossed back into my room. Other than that, we had no issues.

Everything was fine except the TV in the room didn’t work and having a child that wanted to watch tv was not good .

Arrive at the hotel 4:30 check in rime supposed to be 3 pm. We came from a long drive family wanted to rest our room is not ready yet we patiently waited. The person in front desk the lady She is nice. But gentleman, has attitude. The room it was clean the sheets are clean. But the carpet has a foul smells. Smells mildew I wish the carpet was properly clean. Breakfast is good the lady on the breafast counter is nice too.

The hotel downgraded my stay because they were over-booked. I paid for a queen suite but since all those rooms were occupied, I was offered either a a) regular queen room (which they themselves agreed was a downgrade) or b) a king suite (which was no way a good substitute to accommodate my family size of 5). I was told that it was the fault of third-party (hotels.com) that they booked me to this room without taking note of available inventory. All in all a terrible experience at the hotel in terms of their book policy and the customer service.

The fire alarm went off around 9pm and it took a long time for it to be shut off. It was very loud and scared my children.
