This property is in a great location! However, I had terrible experience here. Stayed there for two nights with kids. Unfortunately, the property is managed poorly. First, I find a used condom under the cushion of the chair. Second, when I reported it they took 4 hours to come and clean it despite telling them we had kids in the room. Third, the staff responded like she gives a damn and it’s not a big deal. Finally, the cleanliness is very questionable. Every time, I walked in the lobby there was spillage of water or something on the floor that was being cleaned but they were doing it at all the exit points with power cables, tubings etc laying around which made going in and out and moving luggage safely a difficult job. Would Understand if if is once but it was going on for about 6-7 hours.

This was our 3rd time staying at this property. We always choose this place for a few reasons: it is close to where my family lives and we visit quite often from San Francisco, it is close to good dining, it's in a safe area, and it is pet friendly. The staff makes all of us --- including our fur baby --- feel welcome. The room is always clean and well appointed. Our only complaint during this current stay was the air conditioning unit in our room was very loud - So loud that we cannot hear the television. We had to turn on closed captioning, otherwise we'd have to put the TV on full volume and risk disturbing our neighbors late a night. This won't prevent us from booking at this hotel in the future. The pros definitely outweigh this one small con.

Room not ready, lot of missing items conditioner, ice bucket, cups, tv not working, ac leaking water on floor. Did not get any sleep on our second night due to floor so thin, guest on above floor with kids made noise almost the whole night.

We arrived late around 9:40 pm. I set up a reservation for 5 people. Our room wasn’t ready to accommodate 5 people. I needed extra towels, and sheets for my sofa bed. BUT I must mention that the staff was very nice and sent all the stuff we requested right away. Our room was also missing a mini fridge. I can’t remember if I read the amenities included, it was okay with us but make sure to read a little more because if you have children and need to storage stuff in fridge our room didn’t have one. Other than that we had a good night of rest.
