The front desk staff at check-in was wonderful. The property itself was very clean and welcoming. The hotel has an amazing seating area near the pool and a small basketball court that the kids loved. Our room was large and very clean which made it a perfect place to stay while traveling with our small family.

We were in town to celebrate my daughter’s birthday with family. Good size room for a family of four. The beds were super comfortable. The staff was friendly, especially in the breakfast area, very attentive. My kids loved the heated pool. They also enjoyed the outdoor basketball courts. We also utilized the bbq area.

We booked the studio room to be able to have a separate living and bedroom space. The space was more than adequate and satisfied our needs for the stay. We are a family of four, with two under the age of 10. Great option for your family. The area was nice and easily accessible from the I-10.

Came for a weekend with family to hang out and enjoy the pool area. The BBQ area was beautiful and right next to the pool. We had a breat bbq and amazing weekend of doing nothing!!!!!

This is the 3rd time we have stayed at this property, we usually love staying at the residence, it’s usually super luxurious and comfortable, this stay not so much.. there were ants in the room.. there was a strange pungent smell through the hotel as well as in the room. On sat night after a family event we were in town for, there were some suspicious persons sitting in the hall ways apparently fighting with each other. Unfortunately for the price of the stay it was not worth it and we will probably no longer be staying at the residences.

It was such a wonderful experience! We took our 2 little fur babies with us and the staff made us feel welcomed. The dining options for breakfast we nice. The room was clean and there are so many restaurants and shops around it. Will definitely stay here again!

Staff, food, & the room were perfect. Everyone was so nice. I’m a very picky person with where I stay and this place was clean and quiet. Loved it. Stayed with my bf and his child and they enjoyed it as well

We stayed at this location for the month of May and had our water shut off THREE times while staying there. One time it was for 18 hours (which isn't even legal to my understanding), and the other two were without any notice at all. I had a bag of baby clothes I bought on mothers day in my closet that went missing after housekeeping cleaned the room. A friend of mine was staying in another room and had 20 dollars go missing from his room after housekeeping left, another instance where housekeeping was asked by one of us to clean the room and the reply was "again? I was just in your room the other day".

Liked the hotel. My only problem, and it is a problem, is an untimely check-in. My family had a long drive and we arrived at 1:30, a bit early to check in. Although have traveled frequently and almost never had a problem with hotel trying to accommodate me. She told us 20-30 minutes so I accepted that and we went out to lunch and took an hour. We came back and she still said 20-30 minutes and it ended up taking until 3:00. I don’t appreciate the total lack of effort on hotel’s part.
