We loved our room! It was very spacious and clean. I think the only problem we had were some young kids ringing our doorbell at 2am. (We had a hearing accessible room because my daughter has hearing loss). Obviously, not the hotels fault at all.

Staff was rude. Tv remotes for room did not work appropriately even though the batteries were changed twice. Breakfast was horrible with fake looking meat and eggs which made my whole family sick at the first eating. We skipped the free breakfast the next day. They need to upgrade the hotel with the wallpaper literally peeling off the wall and carpet so old and nasty that you don’t want to walk on it without something on your feet. I had to have my card hotel keys rekeyed 3 times because they kept not working. The price this hotel is charging for a 1970 stay is ridiculous. Hotel staff was very dismissive when I addressed my concerns.

I wish the breakfast serving area opens at 6:00am during weekends as same as weekdays. My family often needs to leave early before 7am. I know other hotels open earlier than 7am.

I reserved a non-smoking accessible room and prepaid to guarantee that I received such a room. When we arrived it was quite obvious that the room had been smoked in and the smell was overpowering; we were told that while we were away at dinner this would be taken care of and deodorized somehow. However, when we returned it seemed that nothing had been done and the smell of smoke was almost unbearable. I have an 89-year-old mother who suffers from COPD and two grandchildren who suffer from asthma as well as three adults with allergies who suffered through the entire night from the overpowering smell of smoke. It was probably the most disappointing stay I have ever had for an expected non-smoking room. I was also told that they would contact Expedia to issue a refund and I have seen nothing in the way of a refund from anyone.

The filthiest room I’ve ever experienced. Checked in during the evening, it was pouring rain, I was traveling with kids and an elderly father. Nearby hotels had high occupancy, otherwise I would have left. Be warned!!!! I’m very surprised to see the great reviews on here. The positive reviews is the reason why I chose this hotel bs others. Pick another hotel if you value your health. The hotel room was unsanitary.

It was our 1st time in USA visiting families. This hotel is amazing. We had complimentary breakfast throughout the duration of our stay. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Very clean area. My kids loved the pool most of all. Staff were very friendly. Would definitely recommend. Location was perfect as there were a lot of eateries nearby. Also a few shopping centres.

Stayed one night to break up a long drive with two kids. Great service, comfortable hotel for the family. Kids loved the basketball court and pool. Suite rooms had nice little kitchen with everything (utensils, pots, pans, etc) and full size fridge. Loved this hotel.

We had a great stay here. The hotel was very clean & spacious. The only issue we had was that the bed was a bit hard & the pillows were not soft. The room above us had children that were running back & forth across their room & they sounded like horses galloping back & forth. That’s not the hotel’s fault, but it was annoying hearing them run until 1 AM. This is a safe & clean hotel. There are many food options at a very short distance by foot.

My family and I stayed at this hotel several years ago and it was excellent so that is why I chose to say they're on this trip. However, I had a few problems and called the front desk to report them. The clerk said they would send someone up but they never did. The microwave beeped all the time so I ended up unplugging it. The heater would not kick on unless you put the temperature at 80°. Housekeeping needs to do a better job with sweeping the floors as there was dirt around the table in the kitchen area as well as the bathroom tub.

I have nothing but good things to say about this hotel from the staff to all the amenities I really likes the patio area the grills pool a really enjoyable home away from home. I will most definitely will stay here again my kids enjoyed it and we’re very happy, Overall just a nice property.
