Hampton Inn & Suites Sacramento-Airport-Natomas

Our room was disgusting and smells horrendously like cigarettes. When I asked the front desk if they could possibly do anything about it they said no since I booked with hotels they don’t specify smoking or non so I had a smoking room. On top of that there was mold covering the ac unit and hair clips in the bed. If I didn’t have an early flight and very young children with me I would have just packed up and left.

The pool was lovely. My kids spent so much time in it!

Great hotel for family

The staff is very nice. The kids enjoyed the pool and the free breakfast. My only real complaint is that the carpets were old and dirty with big stains. I would still stay here because the price and accommodations were perfect for a family vacation.

Our stay was for family funeral business. The room was excellent as was the service.

I have stayed at several Hampton Inn hotels and this was my poorest experience. Things really needed updating. The shower and tub were dingy and scratched with parts of the white enamel missing. After my shower I couldn’t get the water to turn off, it just kept running slowly but way more than a drip. I called my daughter from another room and she came in to try to get it turned off and worked for quite a while but finally called the front desk. Someone said,”Well I’ll see what I can do about it” but didn’t even offer me a different room. My daughter kept working at it and after another five minutes or so finally got it to stop. Also, no vending machines for soda or candy/snacks. They have a small area near the front desk to buy snack items but the inventory and choices were almost laughable. The bed and linen were very comfortable. One light above the mirror was burned out. Just not the most pleasant stay. The kids did enjoy the pool area.

Easy to get to, quick check in, great for families.

Very comfortable and excellent noise filter windows and door. I slept like a baby. Front desk was kind to allow me to check out late. Breakfast was great. Staff are all friendly.

Lobby was under remodel and hotel smelled of fumes. The room had a strong mildew smell. The room was spacious and updated. The bathroom layout is extremely inconvenient in the family sweet. The toilet room had a lightswitch outside the door and it also controlled the vanity. If one family member needs to use the toilet, everyone will be woken up.
