My family and I enjoyed everything about this hotel. The polite staff, cleanliness, food, pricing, tv, pool, you name it. This place had it all. I was very pleased.

My brother and I had reservations at the Spring Hill Hotel. When I made the reservation we were never told it was not a Pet friendly hotel. After driving 100 miles I find out we can stay there because we had dogs. They told my brother if he paid for a room and leave a $500 deosit he could stay. They canceled our reservations but would not refund our money. When I told the person working at the desk we couldn’t find where it said No Pets, he couldn’t find it either. He proceeded to tell me that “I Guess We Need To Update Our Website.” Which I found very rude.Even though I had the Insurance. My family will never book through this Website or the Marriott hotel.

At check in they were not prepared with a crib in our room as requested in our reservation. Once at our room the door lock did not work (our room was open when we got to it). The Manager did call someone to come fix it (which he did not) so we had to use our key to continue to lock our room for the week we were there. We asked for our room to be made up every other day (which did not happen). One day we asked the front desk 3 times to have it done and we were told she was not sure if they would get to it before 7pm when my baby goes to bed... The breakfast was good when they actually put everything out. There were many mornings when there was only toast and watery eggs to eat. The location of this hotel was perfect for us to walk everywhere which is why we picked it in the firsts place.

Our room lost water in morning (which I nicely reported) and again at 9:00 at that night. After much arguing was given another room. Staff required me to wake up family, have them pack up and move rather than just allowing us to move into new room. Ridiculous since they couldn’t rent it out. Why inconvenience us TWICE. Received no apology from the manager which I asked for. Received no monetary accommodation either.

Traveled with my family and small kids, the property is conveniently located to plenty of stores and restaurants walking distance (or a super short drive if it’s too hot) the employees were all very nice and helpful. The only inconvenience was the pool, it looked murky, and not clean, I would definitely stay again- hopefully with a cleaner pool.

Unfortunately the bed squeaked just by getting in bed or rolling over - every time. And there was the light in the fire alarm in the ceiling that blinked ALL NIGHT LONG and was difficult to sleep through. Ugh. But there was the nicest young man working at the front desk who only charged us for the one night we stayed (my reservation was for 2), when we had to leave unexpectedly the second evening because of a sick elderly family member. A very nice way to show customer care. Especially since it was unexpected, I didn’t ask for it, and he hadn’t said a word. I only found out when I read my email at home.

It was a last minute stay-affordable, near many dining options. It was a ways out. Clean, comfortable and family friendly.

The place is very nice and clean the bed was super super comfortable the breakfast food was OK usually at the Springhill there’s more like waffles and other things to eat I was unhappy with a sausage biscuit it was very soggy and I didn’t like that there is no option for eggs or waffles being a vegetarian the pool was dirty the Jacuzzi was green I seen a dad having to scoop out leaves and such for his child to swim in which I think is unprofessional they should have somebody there cleaning it the shower leaked as you’re taking a shower due to no step into the shower it’s flat with the floor so that makes the water come out a lot in the bathroom otherwise room is very clean again but it was super comfortable love my stay but was unimpressed again with the breakfast and pool area.
