Had a lovely weekend in Paso Robles. Stayed here while attending a graduation at Cal Poly. This is our second time staying here and we really like this hotel. We had booked a room with two queen beds as it was 2 adults and a child. At check-in they upgraded us for free to a family suite which was so nice! We used the pool both days while there and it was great. We also had dinner at the restaurant downstairs and it was really good. Well maintained and clean property. Great hotel for families, couples, or a group of friends.

Thank you so much for the complimentary ride to get the part that we needed to fix our vehicle.. We were stranded with our family in Paso Robles coming from Shell Beach and our accomodation was perfect... Pool was nice... Breakfast was yummy... Thank u for being so kind to me and my family... Altho I would like to suggest a grassy area for our family pets because all that was provided was a gravel area. Overall I was satisfied. Thank you!!

Everything was as you would hope and expect from a quality hotel. We were greeted with kindness and treated with the appreciation you'd expect if staying with family!

Everyone of the staff were so friendly and helpful. Even the Maintenance Engineer who got onto our elevator. The entire atmosphere was pleasant and well arranged. I enjoyed the breakfast in the early morning and the updates sent to me about how to pre-register and Check-out. I and my family look forward to booking this hotel again.

Really nice hotel for family. Stayed one night to break up a long drive. Nice touches like welcome drinks and a great breakfast with custom omelets and good coffee. It was crazy busy when we were there so the dining room got backed up, but staff kept their cool. The pullout bed was nicer than most and the showers/bathrooms were clean and comfortable.

The convenience of close to downtown. But being a repeat customer i would like for property to offer rewards points. One of the negative is too noisy with kids not sure if walls are too thin but you hear kids running and screaming.
