Staybridge is great for families! There was plenty of space for everyone. The room was fairly clean but during my regular room wipe down I did notice some of the tv stands had stains that required me to scrub them. However the beds were very comfortable and everyone slept great.
My biggest issue was breakfast. It was supposed to end at 10:30 but at 10:00 many of the items were gone. Milk, fruit, sausage, syrup, etc. There were at least 3 groups still attempting to eat and we had to request replenishments. It then took almost 20 minutes for the sausage to be done and they still shut everything off at 10:30. I recommend that food is replenished up until 5-10 mins of closing.

The lobby is inviting. There’s a fireplace and seating area that is comfortable and welcoming. The staff was quick to solve my needs immediately. I will definitely look into this hotel brand for my next family trip

We arrived 5 hours before check in, and the front desk got us in our 2bedroom suite straight away! Such a treat to be treated to an early arrival.
The room was smaller than expected having stayed at SB in Anaheim. It was clean and everything seemed to be in good order, but there was a smell that we found was coming from the possibly unused fridge. The front desk had a housekeeper come right away and she scrubbed it out. The smell lingered, so we brought in some baking soda!
The suite turned out to be just the right size for our 3 adults and 2 kids.
I was disappointed that the main room shower wouldn't get super hot and all their furniture was super stiff.
The mattresses need an update, as they were outdated and worn ( dipped) spring mattress and my aching back was very unhappy. There was not enough blankets on the bed, just a sheet and thin comforter.
Recommend you ask for info on the amenities of the hotel, as we had to keep calling to find out hot tub hours, pool towels, breakfast, laundry etc
Seemed to be a pet friendly hotel, saw 2 large dogs staying plus doggie bags available outside.
The homeless guy in back tried to sell my husband weed and was following him around, ended up harmless, but be cautious.

We had about 20 families staying here. It started bad and got worse. There were multiple homeless people walking around the hotel and into rooms. The first night there was only one staff member working with no extra bedding for the pull out couch or extra towels. The pool was closed on a hot summer day. Roaches and ants everywhere. The water started to leak from the above bathroom into our bathroom. We attempted to contact both Expedia and staybridge to address these concerns with no action.

We truly loved our stay at this hotel. Everything was top of the line. From check in, to welcoming our two dogs, to adding an extra night to our stay last minute, to check out, the staff was exceptional.
There were even dog treats at the checking desk and "pet in suite" signs to let staff know when a pet was alone in the room. There was a nice grassy landscaped area for our pups to do their business comfortably, and baggies were provided. This is the first place that made us feel like our pets were guests too.
We left wishing we had spent more time at the hotel taking advantage of all the other great amenities (pool, hot tub, basketball court, general hotel grounds) than the ones we did. Breakfast was a nice selection of the usual items, but the fresh fruit options, and delicious sausage along with eating it in the dining room or out on the patio overlooking the grounds was a true plus. We will for sure be staying here when we come to visit our family in Palmdale again.

We were greeted by an amazing staff, they pointed out all the amenities, we were in our rooms really quick, superb service. The whole family spent the weekend there we booked 2 suites, and they were AMAZING, lush, lavish and an enjoyable place to rest. the rooms were roomy, each had their own bath, the living area was cozy. The pool and jacuzzi were a treat, we used the gym, small but everything you need for a good workout. The basketball court ensured a fun time for the boys, and the location was perfect, right off the freeway.
