They overbooked and basically said it was our fault because we checked in later than the others So they gave our room away and tried giving us a room with a king bed I paid for a suite two beds and couch to accomate my family We didnt get what we paid Will never ever stay there again

OK experience. Only negative was I'm 90 and some hand rails might have been useful. And a nonskid in bathtub.

If I could give 100 stars, I would! My kids and I had a really rough drive home and the staff was so helpful and compensating. This morning the kitchen staff helped my kids get their breakfasts and hot cocoa. I have never been to such an amazing hotel. Will be definitely pledging our loyalty to the Hampton hotels from now on!

We travel a long way to see family in the Palmdale area. We always choose this hotel when we visit. We know service is excellent and cleanliness is always great. Breakfast is always hot, and the coffee is great! Your staff rocks!

To be honest, my fiancee and I only spent one night in this hotel, and since we were visiting family in the area we spent far more time with them than we did in the room. That said, for two people the room was comfortable and roomy, and quite well maintained with regards to function and cleanliness. Bottom line, we would stay at this hotel again in the future.

One of the best options in Palmdale, the room is clean and comfortable and the service is excellent. I wish they did not charge $15 per day for parking but you can get that free if you are a Hilton honors gold member. The breakfast is wonderful and the service is excellent. Good family stay!
