Our family 2 Adults and 1 kid at 12 years old like this hotel very much. It’s clean, friendly environment, good simple breakfast and safe free parking. The only recommend to the hotel management is equip smart TVs. The current one is too old model.

Had my room changed twice when I found stains all over the bed including blood. The hotel staff tried to say it was nail polish and then proceeded to talk badly about me in Spanish thinking I didn’t understand. If the rest of my family wasn’t staying at the hotel I would have demanded a refund and left. Don’t stay here unless you want bottom tier motel like service and rooms.

It was a beautiful room super clean and my kids loved it. I love the fact the bathroom didn’t have a tub, I get seizures often and have fallen in the restroom but this made me feel a lot better it had a shower and not a tub thank you best western for the peace you have my family and myself

Some staff members were rude. One of the nights I had a lady yelling outside my door for over an hour trying to get into her room bc she was locked out. It was 12am and I have two babies who I thought she’d wake up. I don’t know why anyone didn’t help her.

Sofa bed has plastic all over it. Anyone who sleeps on it is sure to wake up the person next to them. Two guest with a child. They provide one coffee k-cup. Jeeze, thanks.

If you’re looking for a place to sleep while you’re spending all your time at Disneyland and California Adventure, this is it! The room was huge. Plenty of space for 2 adults and 1 kid. The room rate was amazing! We got the parking pass and parked at the Mickey and Friends lot (about 15 min drive) then took the tram into the park. It was perfect. After rope dropping and closing the park down, we came back here to shower and sleep and then did it all again the next day. We didn’t check out the pool or the surrounding area; it was literally just a place to sleep. So worth it! The days we ate breakfast at the hotel it was pretty good. But they did get a bit snappy about the breakfast tickets you need to get it. Don’t forget them in your room or they will make you go back for them. Other than that, it was a comfy bed with comfy bedding and perfect for what we wanted. 10/10 recommend.

To start with, when I pulled into the parking area as a single female I was actually apprehensive to actually park and unload my car. There were 2 groups of men just doing nothing but hanging around the cars. There were about 3-5 men in each group. I actually had done a fair amount of searching for the right place to unwind and enjoy the evening in a new city. I looked high and low looking for the right price, a bar and a restaurant and location. Well, the bar wasn’t open when I wanted to go have a drink, I actually don’t know if they even had a restaurant and I legitimately was afraid to go anywhere. I felt a little scared to fall asleep. And when I did “try”falling asleep, it was beyond impossible. I heard the kids at the pool screaming at each other playing Marco Pollo😠Then there was a constant knocking on either the walls or upstairs throwing a ball against a wall, then there was a whistling sound coming from somewhere, maybe any of the giant gaps at the top and bottom of the door. I had to put a towel under the door to try to stop it and I had to lean my heavy luggage in front of the door to help the door to close a little more snug, it still didn’t help. Then so many people were yelling at each other late last night and fairly early this morning right outside my door. Ugh! Now I travel a lot and was completely let down from achieving anything that I wanted from my experience, for it being a Marriott property, I was disappointed to say the least. Oh and my bed was hard.

Not what we hoped for and we aren’t picky family. The room floor was very dirty. The shower sucks. Our last day we didn’t have any clean towels in the room. The breakfast was awesome! and so are the servers.
