Hard to justify the price for the value. A couple things really bothered us and made us cut our stay short. First, the hotel is packed with kids, I know it was memorial weekend, but if you are looking for a relaxed weekend, think again. We also saw a maggot in the bathroom and could hear everything happening around us, in the hallway etc. disappointing for a Hyatt and $300/night hotel.

Beautiful hotel, but for families only that can handle the nonstop crying and screaming all day and night. Like I mean as early as 4 am and as late as 2 am. We got zero sleep and the cleaning staff usually have party in the hallways while their cleaning. So I paid for a room that was clean and great location and the customer service was amazing, but I LOST my sanity and had zero sleep.

I went away with my family to stay at the hotel. We had three different rooms, and everyone of us experienced the problem with the people above us making excessive noise. There’s probably suggest that the hotel is not well constructed, and we all had to complain. The hotel seem to do very little about it but they did give us a $100 rebate on the rooms as an apology. Aside from this, my advice would be do not stay in a ground floor room where there is someone above you. Otherwise, it is a very nice hotel, my only complaint is the service at breakfast on the second day was poor.
