The staff was very friendly and greeted us anytime the saw us. We loved that you can cross the residential street and you are already on the beach. Definitely great for a family vacay on a budget

It was great except woke up very early in the morning to a family stomping around on the floor above us for a good three hours. I stayed the year before and had a better experience. The beach is right there. 2 min walk. I would stay again and take my chances on having a quiet room.

The room was nice and clean also the facility. My kids enjoyed the complementary breakfast. The beach is just steps away. I like how they have a laundry on site. Two issues I had our room smelled of chemicals like lighter fluid. We had to buy fabreez from a nearby store which was helpful. The bathroom walls by the toilet yeah they need to be wiped. I saw some spots 😬 Area is a nice and quiet place.

My family has been coming here each summer for years. Never been disappointed. Friendly service, large rooms and great breakfast including freshly made pancakes. Can't beat beach right out the door either!

Property manager Shaun was awesome and very helpful in every way including recommendations for everything around the area. Easy parking, two minute walk to the beach which was awesome for a family of four. Can’t wait to come back!

Such a gem! Love that it is family owned and literally across from the ocean. Not street across, walk across small parking lot and voila! It was so nice when we showed earlier than expected and we were allowed check in. Thanks again! You would not find that in big chain hotels. Beds were so comfy and rooms were spacious and clean. I would definitely come again.

Can't get closer to the beach without buying a fancy house. Road noise from the PCH, but it has a nice family vibe. Parking area is small.

Not sure how this property gets such a high rating. We had three rooms. One of the floors was very dirty on arrival. The roof top has one small corner where you can see the ocean, the rest of the view is completely obstructed. "Breakfast Included"-This is a continental breakfast. You go up to this little room, tell them what you want, they put it on a tray and you have to take it back to your room to eat. There is no place to sit together as a family to eat. The beds were comfortable and the showers were hot with good water pressure, so this was a plus. Overall the hotel felt dirty and somewhat run down.
