Had a great time and really enjoyed the bar. Staff was friendly and facility was clean. My child is high energy and no one complained, which i appreciated lol. I enjoyed the happy hour after a long day at Disneyland

I had a big problem checking in. Driving almost 8 hours and with little ones we finally get to hotel and they tell me that hotels.com didn’t send them payment and I owed the entire amount or I couldn’t check in. We went back and forth for over an hour, included management called hotels.com until they finally figured it out. My kids were tired we were irritated and I have never had to go thru that. I don’t know in the end what the problem was but that whole experience was very annoying.

The room was not clean I dropped my phone behind the ned and there were kids diapers old pizza slices also kids bed was full of pee stains we were grosed out

Best hotel stay thanks to staff. Yes the price what we got for our suite was very fair. Staff made my family feel welcomed. Quick check-in/out. Room was clean. Breakfast was fulfilling. Staff was on top of keeping breakfast full and the area clean. This hotel has it all. I’ll be back.

The staff is amazing and they keep the facility spotless at all times. The breakfast offered a lot of variety, with waffles being a hit with families. When our dishwasher broke, maintenance was sent up immediately and replaced it with a new one. My only real complaint is that they charge for daily parking even if you are a guest at the hotel. It seems like an unnecessary money grab, especially considering you are already a paying customer. Additionally, I was not informed about the parking fee at check-in.
