There was a nice hotel but when we got there, the pool and hot tub were closed and when we booked hotels for Disney, we were looking for that because of the kids they love to swim in the afternoon they were offered to go to another hotel next-door, but I felt like that was inconvenience. The hotel was clean, but I did not and my guess did not prefer the glass doors on the bathroom because anytime someone got up to go to the bathroom to turn on the light. The whole room was illuminated and the fridge in the rooms was not cold enough it was cold, but not like a refrigerator should be other than that It was a nice hotel so first time there Would not stay there again

Overall the hotel was very good. The room we booked for a family of five was two queens and a sofa bed , there was a not of space and we loved it . It was clean and comfortable. Their breakfast was also very good with the exception that they don’t have options for turkey or chicken sausages or bacon it was all pork. Only one elevator worked the entire 4 nights we were there.

The staff is not friendly at all, and seems like do not like to be bothered by guest questions. The breakfast room is super crowded and the breakfast is of average quality. The rooms are outdated, smells bad, not very clean. The bedding not comfortable, AC and beds are noisy, lots of loud families with no respect for the quiet hours, and the hotel does not do anything about that. It is around 20 min to Disneyland. No major grocery stores, coffee shops or good dining options around. Overall not a pleasant experience, and would not recommend it.

That was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at they did not take into consideration of being professional when it came to payments. Your systems were messing up, and therefore, I was approaching the hallway in front of my kids with passing by as they approach me about a payment that had already went through. I had to call my bank in front A lot of guest in the lobby. My payment had went through two days ago. I will never go back to this hotel. They are not considerate for peoples privacy.

Súper close to Disney. Easy check & parking. The front desk people were friendly. Leticia at the kitchen was friendly. The food was delicious, warm and fresh. The rooms was clean and ideal size for our family. I only recommend they upgrade outlets for phones-electronics. No SUB outlets.

Room was spacious and clean. Location was good for a Disneyland trip, 20 min walk. Staff were really nice! Liked that they included breakfast, which had a nice spread/options. We would stay again (family of 4, 2 adults 2 kids 6&10)

Family of four stayed at hotel. Is it a gorgeous hotel? No. But it's decent. It's clean. It's safe. It serves it purpose being close by many areas. Lots of families stay here and go to Disney. I will definitely considering to come back again for my next trip to Anaheim.
