Hilton Garden Inn Anaheim Resort

Great location if visiting Disney parks. A bit noisy due to the freeway. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very high cost of valet parking (only option). Breakfast not included. Lots of extra costs. We are a family of 4 and we went to Disney on a 3-day park ticket.

I liked the service, the rooms and the closed it was to Disneyland. The hotel is modern with friendly staff that made us feel welcome! It had everything that I family is looking for in a hotel like clean rooms, restaurant, bar, swimming pool, hot tub and even a laundry room. Everything one did a great job!

The hot water was out for a whole day, with no notice except a note on my door at 11pm when I got back to my room after Disney that the following day is no hot water; which turned into no water. Which turned into ANOTHER half day of no hot water - so 1.5 days of no hot water. I was patient, I asked in the end what the compensation is for lack of amenities like essential hot water to give my kid a shower - and they said because I booked with Expedia, they will take my name down. That’s it - no clue what they plan on doing with it. And at check out didn’t acknowledge it. Also, housekeeping went into my room while my do not disturb was up, my jewelry everywhere and safe unlocked because I didn’t want anyone in my room. They went in anyway, threw away my food because they assumed I was not gonna eat it? All that food wasted. I got a half comp for my food being thrown away 😮‍💨. Wild ride, no communication, and no like acknowledging the fact that they mess up. Will not return. Also, it further than it looks, just fyi for Disney goers. It’s not that close.

The beds were not comfortable. We had a heavy sliding door for our bathroom which isn’t good for young children’s fingers. No complimentary breakfast when the hotel next door does.

Our family enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The walk to Disney is short! There is easy access to highway 5 for all other trips. The valet service is excellent. There are plenty of dining options outside of the hotel, the inside of the hotel offers great breakfast and a great bar! There is also a nice sitting area for movie nights and the pool area looked fun - we didn’t get to enjoy the pool because it was still 50-60 degree weather.

We liked our stay at this property. The pool was nice and the kids had fun. Parking was valet only and like $35 extra per night. Plus $50 extra if you stay valeted past check out at 11. Definitely walkable to Disney and close to Panera and McDonalds. Mini fridge was great and microwave in room too.

Honestly this property is a gem if you're looking for a nice hotel, nice staff, and close to disney. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable, the lobby area had a place you could grab coffee and breakfast or snacks, and there was a bar and restaurant on the bottom level as well. The only down side is if you're facing the highway which half the hotel does you'll hear traffic all day and night. BUT west facing towards the highway, and 4th floor and above gets to see Disney fireworks and with little kids who needed to get back to the hotel before they went off this was magical and perfect. Great stay, would definitely come back.

It’s close to Disneyland we actually walked from and to Disney I have kids and the walk was fine with them. The kids really liked it. Spacious. Only thing I wish I knew is that is valet only so that was a charge that I wasn’t including. But there is Places to eat at walking distance which it’s a plus. it was good for us

Every person we encountered on the staff was great. The hotel lobby was very clean and the rooms were huge and fit my family well. The beds were comfortable and we didn't encounter the road noise as much as we were on the opposite side from the freeway. The bathroom floor could have been swept better (there was some dust and hair by the side of the sink) but it wasn't disgusting. A couple of "nice to haves": more hooks in the bathroom to hang towels, another mirror (near an outlet) that wasn't in the closet and maybe a small table & chairs for more seating options (we were in the double queen w/sofa bed room). Overall, a very pleasant stay and we will definitely stay here again.
