Best Western Plus Park Place Inn - Mini Suites

If you're going to Disneyland, this is THE PLACE to stay. It's literally right across the street from the park entrance. A week before our stay I broke my leg, so I had to rent a scooter for our Disney trip. Select Mobility is in the lobby of this hotel and has great service. The rooms open onto an outdoor balcony but it was easy for me to maneuver to get to the elevator. The free breakfast is on the second floor of the restaurant next door, so that was a concern. My family had to bring me breakfast. No huge deal, though. The only real challenge I had was maneuvering my scooter past the cleaning carts. There were just SO MANY cleaning carts! We joked that there must've been one cart per room! Good problem to have, though! Our room was cleaned every day, which was great. A lot of places don't do that. And there is the BEST EVER cappuccino machine in the lobby! As coffee machines go, it's top notch! Definitely will stay here again when we come back for a Disney trip!

Can't get any closer to Disneyland unless you stay at a Disney hotel, easy, walkable to the park and lots of dining options. Everything is basic, but we don't spend much time in the room. Pool and hot tub were both nice and pool was heated in February enough that my kids swam for awhile.

This was the perfect stay for a family trip to Disneyland, located directly across from the main entrance of the park the walk was a short distance. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable and the continental breakfast was hot and delicious every morning. I will definitely be booking here again.

This is the only place I stay when I come to Disney with my family, it’s clean, convenient and your inside the park in 7 min flat?

Customer service and the from desk. I arrived early with kids 7:30am and she look like she was irritated and not happy. She said she will call me at 3 pm when it’s time to check and she did not. I also bought think at the different date in the store inside hotel cereal and milk and spoons were not available for purchase or complementary. I went to front desk and she told me store that is inside with self check out don’t belong to them and nothing she can’t do. I should go next hotel and get spoon from them. Ridiculous no customer service!

Great location for Disneyland. The carpets were quite dirty, our kids clothing and our socks were just black each day. The staff were great!

Chose the property solely because of convenience and across the street from Disneyland. My family didn't rent a car everything needed to be within walking distance and everything was! They offered breakfast and there were other restaurant options within the block. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone who's going to Disneyland.

There is no better location to stay at while visiting both Disneyland Parks. You literally walk across the street. The staff were all helpful and kind. There is a little store which we were grateful to have for some refreshments after long days at the park. The breakfast is super organized and well staffed to get guests fed and to the park for opening. Plenty of outlets in the room for our family.

Couldn’t be closer to Disneyland. So perfect for families with kids who need breaks from the park throughout the day. Great breakfast, too!

We stayed at this hotel Feb 2024. I made sure to check reviews but do not recall reading about just how noisy this hotel is. I have 3 kids under 9 so I’m used to lots of noise, but this hotel was next level noisy. It made it difficult to sleep. The room was plenty big for our family of 5 which was great, but it was average at best. The buffet that was included was awful, although my 3 young children didn’t seem to mind it. They mainly ate fruit and cereal. When it was time to check out, the hotel staff told us they wouldn’t be able to hold our luggage while we went for lunch as they were fully booked. Once we were no longer paying customers, they were less than helpful. While it’s super convenient to stay that close to Disney, we won’t be back.
