Our family really enjoyed our stay here, clean room, close by to Disneyland, okay breakfast, spacious room, and friendly staff. I would definitely stay here again.

Everything was good quick check in via app and the use of digital key for elevator and room access as well as entry and exit for parking lot. Breakfast was very good different options for my family we all enjoyed it. I would say even though we did eat do online check in front desk staff should be a bit more welcoming of people coming in through the doors. All other staff was very friendly and always greeted my kiddo he is very social. which i very much appreciated overall we really enjoyed our stay here we did 3 days here i wish it had been more 😁

We booked this property for our most recent Disney stay. While it did the trick, it was a rough stay. First, we had to wait a little over 30 minutes for our room to be ready (it was almost 4 by the time we checked in) and I had checked in via the Hilton app the day before. When we got into our room it smelled like they had cleaned with a dirty towel. It smelled moldy/musty but looked clean so that’s all I could figure. The bathroom had a foul smell and I could not figure out what it was. The room itself was spacious and had a fridge and microwave which was nice. The tv is not a smart tv (so no way to stream without using a Roku or Firestick situation - would love to know this prior to booking especially with kiddos). The room we were in was on the Katella side (the big street). All three nights were sooo incredibly loud. Sirens, street cars reviving engines, paper thin walls. We barely slept. I wish we had a room on the other side of the building. We were exhausted for our Disney trip. The walk to the Toy Story lot was a perk. It was a 10 minute walk there at a slow pace. You can take the shuttle there directly to the parks. There is also a Starbucks less than 10 minutes walk and some casual places to eat - these are all located across Katella. Complimentary breakfast was pretty good, gets very busy after about 815-830. Overall, it’s a doable stay but the things listed above are things I wish we knew before we stayed!

Our room was spacious and clean, perfect for our family. My kids loved the pool.

The walls were way too thin. You can hear everyone in their room around you. Watching tv or simply just walking. It was a horrible experience taking a baby there and trying to put him to sleep with all the noise

We love staying here for our Disney trips. They offer breakfast, it’s a 20-30 minute walk to Disney. The beds are very comfortable and our room was the perfect size for our large family. The only complaint I have is that the bathroom light started flashing, we told reception and it was not fixed. Also, our room was not cleaned, until we requested it.

The breakfast was decent and a great start to to the day. They even gave out balloons to kids in the morning which my babies loved. HOWEVER, I'm not sure what kind of training some staff have as some were unprofessional. My family decided we wanted to stay another night and when I called stating I wanted to stay another night the lady at front desk that answered the call did not help me book it. She told me I had to hang up and book online then they can combine the reservations. Which I thought was weird because I thought the front desk usually helps book rooms. Then that same night we spoke to Angelo at the front desk about the changes and confirmed with us that "everything was good to go". Imagine our surprise after a long day at the park when our key for the side entrance did not work!Turns out Angelo did not do what he was suppose to. He did not check us in for our next reservations because the staff member at front now told us that we would need a new key. This is not something we wanted to deal with after a long day. We just wanted to relax in our room but instead we have to check in and explain everything to the front desk. We were then asked for our card again for incidentals which was not done the night before. The man last night was unprofessional and just wasted our time pretending like he was doing his job when in reality did nothing of the sort. I don't think I would recommend this place and I'll be looking to book a different hotel next time.

My family stays at this hotel every time we travel to Anaheim to visit Disneyland. The free breakfast comes in handy, and we are able to walk to Disney from the hotel, as the Disney parking lot and shuttle are immediately adjacent to the hotel.

My stay was wonderful. On the last day it turned a corner. I requested toilet paper and received it in a timely manner, I asked the employee about the time they stopped serving breakfast. I was told by the employee it was done by 10am I came down and 930am and missed breakfast due to the actual ending time of serving food to be 930am. I was frustrated because my family and I could not eat in the morning and we were forced to go pay for an unplanned meal in the morning. Overall my experiences good at the hotel and I would stay there again.

Great breakfast and very easy access to free shuttles to Disneyland. Nice family hotel overall.
