we stay here for one week for our family vacation for one week since our airbnb got cancelled teo days before our trip the room is clean the water in the shower is very strong which i like the breakfast has a lot of variety we will stay here again for our next trio since we alway go disneyland only 20mins drive at night only 15 mins

The stay was overall good. The area clean, staff friendly, but the bed was another story. We had a double queen room and when myself and hubs slept in the same bed, we tilted towards the middle. Which made us both have a restless night. Then we each took a bed and i slept with my small kid so it was bearable. But not ideal. Its about time to change the mattresses out.

I really enjoyed the breakfast as well as the staff during it. The front desk associates were very friendly as well. We really enjoyed staying at this property and the location was very peaceful and quiet. The only thing we didn’t appreciate were the guests upstairs from us having kids running back and forth. The noise pounded down into our room. We didn’t let the staff know because we didn’t want to cause any problems but other than that we had an enjoyable stay.

To start when we arrived, at the reception they wanted to charge us a $300 deposit, and that was not within the agreement, the beds were horrible!!!! Completely hard from use and they sank when you sat down, we didn't want to get to sleep, we got up every day with hip pain, without exaggeration, my children's sheet had a black spot, and they charge you extra if you request that they clean your room, breakfast was always scrambled egg, with bread (The hotel offers full breakfast) Don't be fooled by the price. The only good thing about that place are the people in the kitchen who always have a smile. I'm not a negative person, but this hotel made our dream vacation very uncomfortable.

Complimentary bfast is always a plus. The only thing was when my son and i asked for a connecting or side by side room because of my grandkids, we were advised to remind them when we checked in. Which i did, telling them that my son and family will be checking in later and being repetitive thay we wanted room next to each other. They put them on the other side instead. Also when they asked for a crib for my grandson it was never given. So if guests requests was given it could have been a better stay. Also they should.tell you before letting you sign how much amount they were holding for security deposit. Not everyone has that much money in their account like i do.

Stayed here for the night since we were coming back home from vacation and my family and myself were very pleased the only thing we didn't like was the breakfast are didn't have enough place to sit we had to eat our breakfast standing since there wasn't any more seats available. Besides that the hours we were there we liked it.

The hotel was located near our family and was a drive up / right in front of our room. It was easy to manuever in / out to local freeways.

Hotel is very outdated, staff is rude, rooms have mold and unpleasant smell. Smoking in corridors all night and security did nothing but harass kids!
