The reviews were at excellent levels for this hotel and in reality it was only mediocre. I stayed ine night with my daughters the staff eas kind but the room was outdated and what really upset me was there was not one drop of shampoo conditioner or body wash in the containers in the shower so my kids took showers with just water. Ive never had that happen at a hotel. The area isnt the nicest but it was ok.. Everything was just ok... I would rate this hotel a 6 not a 10.

We had a family of 4 stay here for our trip to Disneyland. The staff was friendly, the rooms clean, and breakfast was good. We enjoyed the pool and our stay was pleasant.

The only two things I did not like about the stay was the smell in our hotel room & also the showers water was spilling everywhere due to the way the drain is set up very very bad , caused my toddler to slip and fall. Other than that the area was great , food was good.

It was a nice hotel and the front desk staff was excellent-super friendly and helpful! Breakfast was good. However, the hotel management is the worse!!! My family stayed there for five nights and tried to check out a day early. We even called two days early to give them plenty of time and the management didn’t get back to us until after 3pm of the day we wanted to check out and then denied us and told us the we couldn’t change and we would be charged whether we stayed or not. I have been staying with hotels.com for around 10yrs and this is the first hotel management that denied early check out. Worse communication skills by this hotel management. Skip this place and stay somewhere else if you need flexibility during your trip.

Excellent Hotel. Will always use it next time I am in the Southern California area to visit family and to go to Disneyland. very clean, quiet and friendly.

I don’t recall staying at a best Western in the past. I’m typically one that likes to stay at a four or five star hotel. However my husband and I were at an event in this area and decided to stay here. I was impressed with the room. We did get a junior suite with the king bed which had two TVs. Which was nice. It also came with complementary breakfast and the food was really good. The staff was very nice when we checked in. They do have a late check out at 12. Which was great for us because 11 AM sometimes is a bit early. So again I was impressed with this particular hotel

I was very impressed the room was cool temp which I could adjust the bed was comfortable and the check in staff was amazing. The continental breakfast was delicious and there was a variety of choices to choose from. Including fresh fruit which my little ones loved. I will definitely be staying here again.

Absolutely amazing, attentive staff! They treated us as if we were family. The breakfast was amazing and the rooms were well kept. We will absolutely stay again, and look forward to it.
