Our family of 6 stayed for 2 nights with an infant. My children felt safe in the hotel, they provided a decent breakfast & the staff was friendly. The room was clean & big enough for all of us. We would stay here again.

Great budget friendly option for the family - clean rooms and friendly staff. Convenient location close to gas and freeway and a few local food options that were not fast food. Breakfast included was a plus!

Quiet and clean place to stay in the Monterey area. Breakfast options were great. Room was just a bit small for our family of 4 with 2 queen beds. Not much elbow room. Overall nice place to stay.

Clean, nice staff, great common area to visit with families and friends. Walmart is within walking distance, lots of food options in driving distance, beach is within 2-3 miles of walking, very quiet. Enjoyed our staff here.

Sink was plugged and called but no response. Beds are old and wore out to the point of being able to fill the springs. People or kids running and jumping in room above us called front fest with no avail 4 day trip was cut by 2 days because of this situation. Do not recommend this hotel at all.

They were doing remodeling in the lobby area, I spent lots of time to research and reserve this room. I was disappointed. They should let us know in advance, so we could make other arrangement. Breakfast were supposed to be included but there was none or very limited choice due to the remodeling. We ended up need to go out to have breakfast. That's not what I planned as we have kids traveling with us, just need to change our plan. They did give us some discounts after I complained about the situation. I hope they would have communicated with us in advance and resolve the situation proactively.

If you are not too high maintenance then this is a great place to stay. The hotel is clean, just slightly outdated. I think of it as staying at grandma’s house, it’s clean but it doesn’t have the newest furniture or decor. The room is spacious and the ceilings are high. If you are someone who feels claustrophobic when sharing a small space with your family of 4, this is a good hotel. It’s located across the street from a Walmart and within a 2-3 minute driving distance from subs really great restaurants. The Marina Stare Beach is within walking distance, it’s was great for early morning strolls. The hotel is quiet and served breakfast at 6am. The breakfast is pretty good and it includes bacon, sausage and eggs. I would definitely stay here again.

The five days we stayed was pleasant. It was clean, comfortable, and staff were helpful and kind. Having a good choice for breakfast each morning was helpful since I had my three grandchildren with me.

Everything was mostly good. They have posted housekeeping is only if you ask for it but they came and cleaned our room anyway when we were gone. One bed had a very bad dent in it so we switched beds with the kids lol Also the chair was very dirty
