Hilton Garden Inn Valencia Six Flags

Well ANTS ANTS ANTS in both rooms we had front desk was ok they gave me and my family of 6 free breakfast for the trouble.

Room was spacious. We were just in an area with lots of loud kids running in and out of rooms. Be aware there are rats running all around the pool and spa area. The kids in the pool area kept having to jump up on the chairs because they would scurry around. The rat came right up to us a few times while sitting in the spa. The pool was not swimable after a hot day at 6 flags. The pool was brown and had lots of debris in it. The people we talked to in the spa said they personally spent 1 hour trying to clean the pool the day before but it didn’t help.

I dont know what the pool hours are but when there are kids in the pool at 7:30am and you trying to sleep after a 10 hour drive you kinda get upset. Very noisy in the hallways. People breaking exit signs...etc. wife and i will not be returning, we will find another hotel.

This is the third time we stay here absolutely peaceful place. Beautiful Poole is awesome friendly staff will definitely continue to keep staying here with my family.

We did a very quick family trip to Magic Mountain, and stayed here for the night. Great proximity to the park, probably closer to walk to MM entrance from here than it is to drive, park, then walk to entrance. Nice room, probably quieter if not on the street side. Definitely will stay here again.

Great location, excellent restaurant and staff within the restaurant. As far as the front office staff, they neglected to tell us the roofers were there and they closed the pool so we couldn't swim until it was later and super windy out. The tiles were left on the roof, but we didn't trust it because the roofers were negligent with nails to begin with and the wind. This gave us stress while utilizing the pool/Jacuzzi after it finally opened for a couple hours. The staff offered nothing in lieu of these oversights. Wish they would have said something about it so we weren't already locked in. Further, the gal had given a key to another party for my kids room. The couple stated the front office told them they were staying in that room which was bewildering to me that mistake was even possible. It did not make me feel comfortable at all. Fortunately, the couple asked me if they heard noises from that room and that's how we figured it out. It would have been an overall two stars, but the rooms were great, the maintenance did his best, the restaurant chef and host were excellent.

Reported a possible assault in the next room. Front desk lied about coming to the room to check on the possible victim. My kids heard the argument and yelling and were concerned the rest of our stay. Meals were very expensive for what was provided.

Everything was good! We enjoyed our stay, the room was good along with the the service provided to us. I think the only thing that sort of ruined the moment was a group of guys that went to the pool and started acting childish. Jumping into the pool, being loud, cussing and drinking alcohol. I had my family there, with 2 small children and my wife and didn’t want them seeing that type of behavior.

Staff was pleasant and even allowed me to change rooms after going to the first room (different bed situation). Wasn’t aware there was a large renovation going on and not sure I would have booked there during that due to having a toddler and infant. Around 7pm called to see if the bar was open, but it wasn’t unfortunately. They did not have decaf coffee available and it is set up so that the morning juice is in the breakfast area (which you have to pay for). They let me get a glass for my son, but still would be nice not to have to ask for a juice.
