I will definitely stay here again!!! It’s quiet, family oriented and easy access to pool and jacuzzi. The only thing I would do is have staff clean pool on everyday basis. With the warm weather their are many dead bugs in the pool

The pool is the right temperature and the hot tub was delightful. Towels right by the pool. The two tvs in the Queen room made it easy for our kids to enjoy entertainment and the morning breakfast offered hot food. Employees were arguing right outside our room one morning which was uncomfortable. Only suggestion is go early if you want waffles! Always a lineup.

Was lied to by front desk clerks and could not even check out. Its unfortunate because they could have added my gift card at check in and not charge my card. When i went to check out they said they could not check me out or touch the account. Very unfortunate for my kid and having the funds for her cheer competition

Breakfast is good. Coffee, tea and water 24/7. Only 2 floors. Pool big - just pool, but fun for kids. Laundry machines didn't work. Close to Magic Mountain - 5 min drive. They have a trolly as well. Close to a strip mall for necessities.

There were a lot of maintenance issues. Bathroom door wouldn't lock and the metal part of the window shades fell off and almost hit my kid while I was opening them. It clearly wasn't the first time either because there was double sided tape stuck to the back of it. The room wasn't stocked with towels or bedding for the pull out bed. The ice machine was leaking all over the floor for two of the days we were there and the elevator was down for a day. Breakfast was ok but the waffle makers weren't working the first day we were there. Maybe they were just having an off week.

Great staff at this location! The rooms were plenty big enough for my family, and they were very clean and well-furnished. Loved the breakfast!
