Staff was rude at check in. They didn’t welcome us just kiddos took out info and threw us our keys without any explanation of anything. Didn’t show us how to use the elevator, We had to ask other guests who also said they had to ask other guests.

The hotel was great but not safe to walk to our venue to the crypto arena, area not safe for families to walk around, lots of weird people. But the hotel inside was great & we felt safe!
