The hotel was comfortable. We had a good night's sleep. The breakfast was good and many choices. Our kids enjoyed having the pool, but we felt the indoor pool area was very dark, humid and that there may have been too much chlorine in the water, as our eyes got irritated fast, even with goggles. We hung out for breakfast and noticed that the maids were running vaccuums in the area which made it hard to talk (we couldn't hear each other) and just a lot of noise. It's great they're cleaning but we'd have preferred that was limited outside of the breakfast hours.

Overall the hotel is in good shape and has a well balanced breakfast that includes eggs, sausage, pancakes, etc. However, the bathroom to the hotel room had a humid smell to it and believe it was the curtain that could be replaced. In addition and the floors were not very clean I wiped down the floor where some water spilled and the hand towel was dirty. Other than that my family enjoyed the stay.

We didn’t even up staying at this hotel because there were homeless people hanging out around the building and it was filthy. I wasn’t going to dare stay somewhere while being pregnant with my kids and not feel safe. The hotel would NOT accommodate my request to cancel and still charged me.

Very nice hotel. Newer. Easy check in. Indoor pool Spa full families with children very nice plenty seating area. Room was clean. Quiet. No closet to put luggage in. A tiny seating area in corner with small table. For price no couch chair but big bathroom. Breakfast was good. 1 machine to make 2 small pancakes so you may have to wait. No waffle maker. Fresh fruit hot and cold food selection was good. Coffee Tea Hot Coco suggest add water fresh lemon. Close to 101 I would stay here again.

Food was good and had variety. Hotel was easily accessible. The only thing was the heated indoor pool wasnt that warm. Just comparing it to other heated pools in other hotels. It was cold for me but for my kids was on the cool side. Even for them it wasnt warm.

Great hotel! Totally clean and very nice rooms. Staff was super helpful and friendly. So glad we stayed here, as there were less desirable hotels in the town of Eureka. This one was a great choice and we fit our family of 6 inside one room easily. Nice and spacious. Two beds, a pullout sofa, with a small kitchenette. Would highly recommend staying here when you’re visiting or passing through this area.

Our room was so dirty. The sofa bed had white crusty stains all over ewwww. It was ripped and also had cigarette burns on it even though I swear it said no smoking. Breakfast was truly disgusting, when the kids wont even eat there is a problem. Sticky marks all over side tables in our room light fixtures covered in crud and hair, hair in towels. I have no idea whats going on there we stayed in the same hotel in portland the night before and it was excellent. Nothing offered as an apology other then sorry about that after showing the pictures to front desk who agreed it was disgusting and they also wouldn’t sleep on that sofa bed

There was a lot of mold and mildew around the Jacuzzi tub after the fact that my kid was taking a bath in the Jacuzzi we noticed the Jets were spitting out mildew and mold
