Stayed 4 days to explore the area. Overall the place is nice. Could use some freshening up, but given the area maybe that’s how it is. The area around the hotel is a little run down. I noticed a few homeless sleeping around the outskirts of the hotel. They have a nice heated pool. Our kids enjoyed it but be prepared. It’s freezing cold once you get out. The stay included breakfast and that was pretty good. They also have coffee and tea available all day. The room was ok. Just your basic room. Overall I would stay again. While driving around I noticed more or less all the hotels look the same. It’s just the area and you just expect it to be like that. I did notice a new hotel being built down the street. Maybe there will be more options in the future.

Even though we checked in during a power outage, the front desk was able to get us taken care of and checked in. My family really enjoyed the garden area and Bobby was extra kind to answer all our questions about the fish. It was a highlight of our stay in Eureka. The breakfasts were excellent and the beds were comfortable. It was a great place to stay.

I have family in Eureka, and when I and my dogs are visiting, we look no further than here. They're pet-friendly, the staff is friendly, and they serve a modest breakfast. We have stayed here many times since 2019. Thank you!!

They allowed a high school football team to be surrounded by us: both sides and above. The kids never went to sleep. We are in our 80’s and we were destroyed. We wanted our money back but the manager never responded!!! What a joke! Best Western? Never!!!!!

Great place to stay with the family. Employees were super friendly. The pool and jacuzzi were great after a long day of driving and visiting the state.

The checkin was fantastic. Riley who worked front desk was very accomadating for our needs. He kept us on bottom floor and close to pool. He was also fantastic with the kids and ideas on hot chocolate machine. When was out he was on top of changing it. Also the pool was superb , while we were swimming a maintenance man came in and asked about the pool temperature and he even checked to make sure it was at correct temperature. One downside , not all hot tub jets worked ,but it was hot. The breakfast in morning was good. The kids loved homemade waffle and hot chocalate and coffee 24/7 was a nice addition. The hotel and staff were all friendly. Very happy mother with 2 kids.

We stay here every time we are in Eureka and I can't recommend it enough. Very accommodating and understanding of our needs regarding our autistic child. Always pleasant and helpful. The rooms are beautiful, the garden area is gorgeous with the Koi pond and private, spacious hot tub. Indoor/outdoor pool is fantastic for my water loving autistic. Breakfast is hot bufet style and really good, with lots of options beside hot food. Coffee, even latte's and espresso with a machine, complimentary. It's a lovely hotel and I'm there visiting my sister often enough that it's becoming a home away from home. Looking forward to our next stay!

We had children with us who loved swimming in the pool and watching the fish in the koi pond. Beautiful gardens and great breakfast.
