The stay was wonderful.
The only issue was that I had rebooked my reservation due to tropical storm Hilary for the following week, and when I arrived, the hotel did not have my booking. They could only locate the cancelled status with the confirmation number. The front desk was super kind to call hotels.com to assist, however, they had to wait over 50 min on hold for an agent. So i had to wait in the lobby that entire time until it was corrected.
Another issue was that my floor hallway (outside the elevators) smelled like baby diapers for a day and a half...but when i checked out, it smelled great!

3 nights family trips, our staying was nice and quiet. The staffs was nice and helpful, the room was clean, free parking and that’s a plus. For us everything is close by for what we needed, no complaints.

The elevator was broken and it’s hard to use stairs especially I am with my grandkids.
The fees was added due to internet even it says free internet and says resort credit.

This hotel is pretty new in the area. Its right next to a lot of food areas and shopping plazas. The receptionist in front was attentive, kind, and very accommodating to our families needs. The check in process was quick and easy. The rooms were clean and modern. I would definitely come back with my family.

Who came up with the stupid idea of partial blackout curtains? The toilet was so low to the floor, no way it is legal size! It was child size. With the two hvac controls off air there was still flow through the air ducts/vents. This and the lights shining in the window kept me up most of the night! I am surprised the City of Fremont inspectors passed the construction.

It's a pretty new hotel so everything is still in good shape. The front desk stuffs are not super friendly or welcoming but they get the job done. The room service is on request but they run out of towers all the time, I have to ask for them from the front desk most of the time during our 7 days stay. The bed and pillows are on soft side not firm. The lights in the whole room go on-and-off, maybe due to energy saving reason. But it goes off even when you are in the shower, it can be dangerous for the kids and seniors. The location is the best, next to a plaza with lots of restaurants and shops- bakery, ramon, chinese food, jumba juice, startbucks, Ranch 99 supermarket, CVS and walmart just couple minutes away.
