we had a wonderful day at this hotel. The six of us really enjoyed having a kitchen in our room as well as the free breakfast every morning and the free snacks in the evening. personally, my favorite part was the Dr Pepper on tap, which I could enjoy every morning and every every evening during these food times. The staff was friendly and helpful and various responsive to my minor request. The indoor pool was warm and clean had plenty of towels. Great location right off the freeway. We stayed here so we were halfway between Sutter’s Fort and Sutter’s Mill, which was the ultimate goal of our vacation. we had two adults and four children in our party and we were all able to Have a place to sleep. Only negative would be I wished the couch pullout bed larger than a single as one of my kids had to sleep on the chase instead of sharing the bed.

We were in town for a volleyball tournament and ended up having an extra kid. I asked for a roll away bed and I had already been upgraded to a suite! We ended up with a two-queen bedroom suite with a couch pull out and kitchen. We were all bummed we weren't staying more than one night! My only complaint is the pull out mattress was pretty awful, even for a 9 year old. You could feel all the springs.

Most of our stay was fine. The gentleman at the front desk was great and super friendly but I was disappointed to find out that they only offer a military discount if booked directly through them. One of the beds in our suite was broken so we sank to the center of the bed all night and didn’t sleep well. The furniture was a little tore up like a dog had gotten to it but overall cleanliness was good. Now the part that really sucked. We have a small child and as we were enjoying breakfast, he got really antsy. He started running toward the front desk and throwing a fit so I ran after him to grab him and calm him down. As I was picking him up, I overheard the front desk girl say TO ANOTHER GUEST, “oh, it’s way too early for all that.” As if I wasn't embarrased enough, she was shaming me to another stranger. I was livid but chose to grab our children and leave the hotel immediately. I wasn’t going to write a negative review because I don’t like doing that but this hotel should be ASHAMED of that employee.

My family of 5 stayed here in one of the suites. It had 2 queen beds and a living space with kitchenette. The living room had a pullout sofa bed, full size refrigerator, small stove, toaster, microwave, coffee maker, utensils, pots and pans, bowls and plates set, cups of all kinds and seasoning. It was everything we needed to feel at home. Pool was refreshing, the property was very clean and well maintained and the social evening reception offered was a great place to grab some wine or beer, some appetizers and relax with my wife while the kids watched tv upstairs. If you get the chance to stay here, grab a suite and enjoy!

This property is close to shopping and destinations in the area. It was clean, safe and well priced. I was able to get two rooms for extra convenience with traveling with our older kids for the price of one room elsewhere. I would definitely return the next time I’m in the area.

We called to ask if we arrived early whether or not we could use the pool. The front desk woman was incredibly rude and said she can check once we arrived. We explained that we would adjust our plans based on whether or not we could use it for the kids and she said she wouldn’t know if we could use it or not. She said this all with attitude. I then asked if I could speak to a manager and spoke with Chris. He was friendly and helpful and said we could of course use the pool before we checked in. He also said check in would be at 3:00 or 4:00pm. We decided to just arrive at 4:00pm to save the hassle where we could get ready and go straight to our family work event by 5:00pm. When we arrived, the front desk woman said our room was not ready yet and they would let us know when it was. We asked how long they estimate and she said 1-2 hours. We were confused because check in was supposed to be at 3:00 or 4:00pm and her and another woman condescending explained how their house cleaning staff needs lunch breaks and how many rooms they had to clean - all without any apology or any kindness for the fact that we were now going to be waiting 1-2 hours after scheduled check in and going to be late for our event we traveled in for. She was also reluctant to let us use the pool after all when asked to go there while we waited for the major delay. There was one woman in the breakfast area who was amazingly kind and helpful. We witnessed her with several guests and she was exceptional!

Guest services went above and beyond on our stay there. My husband and I forgot some personal belongings and staff went of their way to find it and secure it. Really clean and safe place to take your family. Would definitely stay there again.
