The service desk lady was very nice and helpful. We had three separate reservations, even having to change rooms on the second day - it all went pretty smoothly, thanks to her. The staff has always been very accommodating of our grandsons staying with us. (Which is why we were there - to watch over them while our son got work done while his wife was away for a family outing). The pool area was great, the breakfast was great - if it wasn't for the lack of a/c in places, it all would have been great! It's a great location, especially for us, since our son lives just down the street. The indoor pool is wonderful - our grandsons really love when we visit, especially during the winter! We've had some problems, but the manager and staff are always right on top of things to make things better. They are renovating, so we expected lots of noise, but was happy to not have too much (even though we were there from Saturday through Wednesday). I was a little put off that we were not offered waters, as I usually got? But, luckily, we had brought our own big bottle so we survived. Overall, I guess I should say we'd stay here again - especially since we're already booked for a res in two weeks!

Booked room in advance. Ended up right next the elevator, aka noisy. People in next room had what sounded like 8 kids inside. Running, screaming, crying, etc.
A/C couldn't handle the heat outside, so room never really got cool. Not the absolute worst hotel experience, but bad enough to very unlikely ever stay there again.

We have stayed at this hotel many MANY times, as our son and his family live very close by. We had a bit of a snafu the week before, but the manager not only fixed us up this week, she personally called an apologized for the problems. Problems come up - what makes or breaks a relationship is how those problems are handled. We were quite pleased with this week's stay, and will definitely be back. We love the location, have been happy with the breakfast, enjoyed the pleasant and efficient staff, and our grandsons love to come join us in the indoor pool. Our only snafu this week was that the alarm clock went off at 6Ta.m. I think the maid must have hit the button when cleaning; we've had it happen before, and not just at this hotel. They really tried to make everything else perfect for us; what appreciated most is that they not only heard me, they acknowledged and acted upon my feedback. One hopefully helpful note - my phone charger has a large ac adapter. Both the lamps have electrical outlets, but my charger would not fit on either. There is another outlet by the desk, and USB ports at the nightstand lamp. It's just if you need your phone on the nightstand and it had a large charger like mine, perhaps a little extension cord would be in order.

We come to this Hampton Inn often, as our son and his family live close by. It is conveniently located, and our grandsons love to join us in the indoor pool. The breakfast is good; sometimes it gets a little congested over by the waffle makers, making a little difficult to get anything over on that side, but anything from scrambled eggs to omelets, usually with bacon or sausage and potatoes, you can get a satisfying breakfast. Checkin sometimes is a little slow, but checking out is always easy and quick. We will definitely be back again.

We are currently here, it’s 1:42am and the room above us has not stopped stomping around since about 10pm. It sounds like they are rearranging furniture up there. We have little kids who are sleeping so asking to move rooms is out of the question. My husband and I will be laying here in an itchy bed (praying it’s not bed bugs) until the neighbors finally decide to call it a night. Very disappointed.

My family booked three separate rooms at this location. All three rooms were poorly maintained in terms of cleanliness. Two of the rooms had an awful, unpleasant odor. The sofas were very dirty and the bathtubs/showers were dirty as well. The bathroom area wallpaper in the room I stayed in was absolutely filthy. The shower head made a loud whistling sound and the water pressure was too low. The mini fridge was basically non operational and leaking water. I had to place a towel on the floor in front of the mini fridge to prevent slipping during my one night stay.
I was pleased with the breakfast that was served though.
I recommend a major overhaul/renovation of this location.
Overall I was extremely disappointed with this being part of the Hilton family of hotels.

This was our third weekend in a row at Hampton Inn. This weekend was a birthday party, so we booked three rooms for our family. Getting a room with two queens is more difficult, as they are not as prevalent. We seem to always get one of the same two - either the top floor, with the very loud roof a/c, or the second floor, with the blocked window (because of the car port roof in the front. Neither would we prefer, if we had the choice. The breakfast is nice, though seating is a little scarce. They used to open up one of the banquet rooms for extra seating, but they haven't done that for quite awhile. That left us, with small children, to scramble for a table. What we came most for was the pool. The kids loved it! And, being indoors, it was usable no matter what the weather was like outside (and the boys didn't have to wear sunscreen either, which pleased them further). Location is good, though with the construction nearby, getting out and back on the freeway takes a lot of maneuvering. If there is traffic, it's even more difficult to make the necessary turns and u-turns. Overall, it's a good hotel - clean, with friendly staff. It did/had what we needed it to do/have.

We have stayed at this hotel before and liked it very much for comfort, quiet, nice room and beds, cleanliness and overall appearance. This time however our room was over the pool. It was impossible to sleep because of the noise level of the kids screaming and playing in the pool loudly until midnight. When we called to complain we were told that the pool hours were until midnight with quiet time from 10 PM on and they would go and check. Nothing happened. Seriously this needs to change to pool closure for everyone by 10PM in order to sleep. I will NOT stay over or near the pool again!!

Hotel was comfortable and breakfast was delicious. Some mold was noted on shower head and tub caulking. There was pleanty of parking. The suite we booked has a decent sized mini fridge, sink, and microwave which came in handy traveling with a baby.

Staff was friendly, room was clean and comfortable. Pool area was nice and fun for the kids! I left some items behind in my room and the hotel went above and beyond to assist me in locating the items and sending them to me. They were so understanding and helpful.
