This is our second time booking at this hotel and i can honestly say that this is one of my favorite places to stay. Every time we take a trip to Knotts Berry farm with our family we will book here. Rooms are clean and spacious for a family of four. Clean bathroom and the area is quiet at night. Definitely recommend paying a few extra dollars for the deluxe rooms on the 3rd floor only accessible with your key card. 10/10

I stay here every time I come visit family! And every time i am greeted with so much hospitality. Caroline at the front desk is my absolute favorite and always remembers when I come back!! I highly highly recommend

It was ok, not what i expected. I would of preferred them stating Expedia takes the third inside floor,m. I booked thinking i was going to have outside immediate access as it shows from the pictures, for this reason I will not be booking here again. Having Fibromyalgia, i don't appreciate having to walk all the way to exits with keys to open the door to my mom if she comes to visit. I want to be comfortable, not have to walk a a maze inside. For other people with family, this is probably better since it offers better protection, for that reason i gave them 4 stars.

My stay here is always pleasant. Carolyne is always so nice and accommodating. And it was so nice to see families enjoying the pool now the we have nice weather.

In town for Moms funeral and the front desk was amazing and showed genuine concern for my family. Everyone was so nice and helpful..thank you for our stay

Stay was great for the price. Comfy beds. Easy and quick check in, great if you have kids. Many families stayed here, I’m sure because it’s close to amusement parks. Close to many eats, walking and short driving distances. There is no microwave in the rooms but they do have a mini fridge. Also, they do not have complimentary breakfast but there’s plenty to eat near by and a diner in the same parking lot. They do offer complimentary tea and coffee in the lobby in the mornings. Overall, the pros outweighed the cons and we had a pleasant weekend stay.

The hotel was a safe and clean environment. The only thing that bugged me was that we were on the 3rd floor mind me it was 4 of us my kids aren't the type to act up at their age. Every time we would walk to the restroom or say if we were getting ready to head out the person below us was gone hitting the ceiling because they were bothered by us stepping on the floor. I did mention to the front desk and all they said was I apologize. I rather have spent a little more money were my kids and myself felt more comfortable now and days people be angry over the littlest things!!!

Stayed with family. Super clean rooms and the grounds are always well kept! Free parking, beds are comfortable, water pressure is great and the wifi is fast (which my boys were very happy about) lol. The hotel is really close to Knotts Berry Farm it was literally 6 minutes away. Also I want mention that the staff here are not only professional but they're also very kind. When we arrived Crystal checked us in and she was so polite and attentive. Carolina was very thoughtful and accommodating to my family and I during our stay. We truly appreciated her! She made us feel like family. I would definitely recommend this place and would book again.

Every time I check in I feel welcome! And seeing families and children excited about going to Disneyland or Knotts Berry Farm does it for me every time.
