Besides the $12 parking it did not affect me. Another thing is that my family and I had enjoyed the hotel/suite and the pool, will recommend this hotel.

Great location, double bed suite is awesome and spacious for families or group. Friendly staff that was able to answer any questions. Great prompt service from housekeeping!

Really nice desk clerks they remember you even if you ever been there for you still know who you are the address you like your family I would recommend all of the world visiting Anaheim

Had a excellent stay here. Surrounding hotel are lots of restaurants and family attractions. I requested lyft four times during my stay here and they were there in minutes.

We stayed ther bc it was walking distance to Knott's. It was excellent - the walk is a little far for young kids, but very doable. Also, the in hotel cafe is a very handy

Property is great, clean and quiet. Small swimming pool, no jacuzzi though. Staff is friendly but they take forever to bring you anything you request. We asked for an extra blanket for our kids at 12 pm before leaving and came back at 4 pm and nothing was delivered. We called 3 more times and finally received it at 9:30 pm. Overall it was a good stay for the time we were there.

The staff was aloof and not helpful at all The hallways were over heated The bathroom was in disrepair They only have one luggage cart I felt safe though, so anyone looking for a safe place to go alone or with kids, this will do

The front desk check in and check out went great :) they even gave my kiddo some snoopy chocolates. The room was clean. The beds are comfy. Over all it was a nice stay
