The location of this property was amazingly convenient! We’ve stayed here before and the room last time was much less worn than this time. The paint on the walls had worn off in places. The pillows were really flat. It just wasn’t as nice as I remembered two years ago. We were there for a family event and actually the location couldn’t have been better.

Hotel itself was clean. The walls are very thin and at one point, at 11 am, the neighbors next door having their afternoon delight, were so loud that we had to turn up the TV so our kids didn’t hear. We went down to breakfast at 9:40 and there was no more hot food, bread or coffee. We let the front desk know and they had someone make another pot of coffee and warm a few eggs. The thermostat kept showing an error message. The room itself was clean and happy there was parking onsite

Friendly desk staff for checkin with ice tea and cookies. The room was clean and just what we needed for one night passing through Benicia. Not much in walking distance. We picked up food from the bar a block away, but could eat there with kids. The included breakfast had something for everyone.

Staff was very nice and helpful, my family and I stayed there for the night before my wedding day, hotel services were perfect. would recommend to other brides who are getting married around the area! Thank you!

After I had a really bad experience in a hotel in San Diego, this location helped ease my phobia of hotels. The staff member (Laura) did an excellent job cleaning the room. you can tell the room have within the few years have been remodeled, and it shows the efforts made to maintain customer satisfaction. The king size bed was amazing, I slept like a baby. The gentlemen at the from desk were extremely pleasant and quick with checking me in and out of my room and gave me the rundown of what is available and how to access them.
