The level of service was deplorable and accommodations were biased. I purchased a room for three nights for photographers traveling internationally with their infant for my wedding. Upon arrival, my photographers were told by “Merlie” they could not be accommodated although the room was FULLY PAID for and their flight was delayed, meanwhile a person who complained of an AC not working was immediately accommodated with another room. It was only after a supervisor (Lucy) came and nearly 1 hour later that my guests were provided an alternate room. Customer service, compassion and training is needed at this facility!

We stay here bc it is close to my family. More than likely will be staying in Napa and drive the distance bc they gave us a hard time about towels. We tried getting extra towels, we had to explain ourselves, we were questioned more and they did not bring towels. I had to call again and explained how the way we were treated about towels was inappropriate. I felt as if they thought we were going to steal them. The gentleman brought us 2 towels and requested to take the used ones. It was odd. Never had this experience before. Other than this awkward treatment, it was average. We usually enjoy the holiday inns.

Nice quiet hotel near Napa. Breakfast was excellent, and the late check out was nice. Also, my kids really enjoyed the heated pool after a long day in the car. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice place to stay for family trip. Clean room and smell fresh. Located 4 miles from Six Flags. Very roomy and we love the shelves! Good size fridge and AC was very cold, so helpful during hot summer. We would like to extended 1 more night but unfortunately there was no room available at the time so we had to checkout. Nice Heated outdoor pool and spa. Hot breakfast is good, sausage, eggs, toast, cereals and bagels, etc. I also love the coffee section. Overall, this is the best Holiday Inn we ever stay! Definitely we’ll come back again.

The location of my room was right next to the elevator which made it a bit more noisy but there were no options at the time. Checkin was quick and easy and the room was great. My family enjoyed the free breakfast and it was a plus that the place was pet friendly. One thing that bothered me a bit was that by 11;00 my key no longer worked and the housekeeping knocked on my door when check out is at 12:00.

This hotel is located near Walmart and places to eat, so that was very convenient for us.
However, if you are wanting to relax and sleep in peace, book another hotel. The walls are so thin that I could hear our neighbor's entire conversations all day and all night. The heater was so loud so we had to turn it off. It is right next to the highway, so you are hearing the traffic zoom by as well. Other than the noise, our room was clean and the breakfast was fully stocked. The price was cheap, but not worth having sleepless nights.....I deal with that at home with my kids for free.

Hotel staff and room was perfect.Breakfast was delicious and the cost was affordable. I will really recommend it to friends and family. The only problem is that it was about 1hour away to
San francisco when they said it was only 30min away. Next time if we can get another room from Holliday day inn closer that will be great:)

The location is great. We always stayed at a nearby hotel (Gaia) but it has new management and was booked this time. You're right before the turn-off to get to Napa or Sonoma so it's great if you plan to wine taste in both places on your visit. Just a short drive to either area and the 3rd day we were headed to the city (SF) so it made us that much closer than if we had been staying IN wine country. Plus, a Starbucks (w/drive thru), Walmart and CVS are a SHORT distance away. We had young kids and there's a nice park behind the hotel as well. Now... Breakfast! The pancake machine is the coolest thing since sliced bread! BUT they have issues with stocking it. They said they were out of the pancake stuff and it was a busy holiday w/e so you'd think they would order accordingly!?? BAD planning! AND a HS Basketball team was there! Whoever orders supplies needs to consult with the registration desk and improve supply mgmt skills! :( They would have scored higher if this wasn't such an issue. Can't they just buy pancake mix at Walmart!? Honestly. The beds were very cozy and rooms clean but they suck at keeping the smokers from stinking up the place. Our floor was worse than a crap hole bar. Luckily the stench didn't make it in our room. I even told the front desk that I smelled smoke and clearly no one did anything about it (yet you have to initial on the paperwork "no smoking in hotel" upon arrival). If you say you're a non smoking facility, own up & make it RIGHT!

This was my family’s second time staying in this hotel and both stays were amazing. The rooms are extremely spacious and clean, we will always stay here when visiting Napa!
