Wyndham Riverfront Little Rock

I was in town for a medical procedure and some family time. It was an enjoyable stay.

Booked this Hotel for a Baseball Tournament in Conway. We had a great view from our window for the Arkansas Travlers Minor League Baseball team. Very comfortable stay and staff is great. We checked in on Friday and everything went smooth. The only negative is that after we left Saturday morning to head to my kiddos baseball game, no one came in to replace towels or make beds/clean room. When we got back to the hotel Saturday night from his game, we stopped at front desk to ask for towels. They advised that they didnt have any. We had to use dirty towels for showers that night. GOT TO STEP THAT GAME UP! My suggestion, please bring yourself extra towels because hotel will not provide any. Other than that, great stay.

Great room, the service was not amazing, but fine. The area in the parking lot right outside our window was under construction, so that wasn’t ideal. It was also right next to the baseball stadium, so when a game was happening, we could hear the announcer clearly. Luckily it was an afternoon game, but if it had been a night game, I feel like bedtime for our toddler would be challenging. Not a problem, but something to consider.

The staff were great. The dinning area had made you feel like family and were very good. The staff at counter were very nice and helpful.

Friendly and helpful staff. Amazing breakfast buffet; our family enjoys the waffle and omelet station.

The hotel was not bad, comfy and clean. The lady at the front desk was very nice and gave some very good suggestions for things to do with the kids. The real issue was the room service. They shorted us an entree and then argued with me about how "it was on the tray". They didnt send the bbq for the kids chicken tenders, so they didnt get to eat them until they were cold. One of the burgers was very undercooked. They didnt bring the bbq until the 2 burgers were delivered. They charged me for an additional burger to send another one. The front desk removed that charge for me. The real rub was the attitudes. They argued with me and never once offered an apology for the mistakes.

We stayed while traveling over Thanksgiving with our kids and had a great stay. The staff was so friendly. Breakfast was delicious and the rooms were clean. Beds and pillows were very comfortable.

This is right across from Riverfront park so band was playing late. Other folks staying had kids yelling and running in hall. Bed was very comfy and help was all friendly and helpful

We stay here when we travel to Oklahoma to visit our grandkids. Easy to get to from the interstate, nice area and all-around great hotel. Excellent breakfast buffet.
