Easy check in didn’t charge an upfront deposit just swiped my card. Very clean, comfortable beds and quiet except for one lady with a baby which is beyond the hotels control lol. Overall great experience.

We checked in 5pm and the parking lot had a bunch of people talking, smoking, and watching people go in and out of the hotel.(very creepy) we went to eat and came back an hour later and they were still there. If I get my truck broken into I’m not going to be happy. The pool was emerald green with filth. My children were very disappointed. The room smells like a night club with cigarette smoke

It was great, we meet family there from different states. The stay was great, everything was good and you could walk to the mall 🙂 I would recommend staying here when in north little rock.

Convenient, accommodating our four legged family members perfectly. It is hard to find a hotel that is willing to accept more than 2 animals per room. This facility is one of them and still has provided all the amenities and conveniences of other hotels

I asked for extra bedding and towels for my kids and the front desk clerk was extremely helpful even though he had several people walk up at once. I'm very happy about the "king suite " option. It's a wonderful affordable option for a family!!

We arrived at 10pm after a long drive. Unfortunately the computer system was down. The front desk clerk was friendly, but explained he didn’t know if he could check us in. After a few minutes he was able to reboot the computer and get us checked in. The hotel was clean and quiet. One of our beds was quite saggy, but fine for the kids. The breakfast was sub-par, but fine for the cost (free). Would stay again.

Our family stayed 11/29-12/01 and it was a pleasant experience starting with the staff to the cleanliness of the room. Location was perfect it was within walking distance to the Mall and there were several restaurants nearby. This was our first experience with this hotel brand and we were pleasantly surprised

Although touted as a pet friendly hotel, their rules were so restrictive it was untenable. Fortunately, we have family nearby and were able to leave our pet with them for all but the last night.
