The room we booked was not available upon arrival. We were given a room that was too small for our family but we made it work. The sheets were clean but that was about it. TV didn’t work, huge gap below the door, toilet was dirty and after two flushes no longer flushed. Overall just not a good experience but after a full day of work and then 8 hours driving we were too tired to deal with complaining. I can say the staff was nice but nothing else was.

The room was comfortable and clean. I liked the room,but the toilet drained every five mins. Keep my baby up. So that was a inconvenience.

The staff at this property was very friendly. Our room was very clean and for a hotel bed, the pillows were very comfortable. After a full day of traveling with 2 small children it was just what we needed!

The staff was friendly and rooms were cleanly, the neighborhood may not be so great, or maybe because the medical center nearby. A guest was escorted out of the hotel. Someone must’ve spilled soda all over the elevator so it was sticky, did not use the pool facilities saw a few children walked thru the hotel without shoes, headed to the pool, didn’t seem appropriate.
