Fairfield Inn & Suites Jonesboro

After reservation strictly for the use of the pool to exhaust the kids, after check-in, we were informed the pool was out of service for the past 2 months...and our room wasn't clean yet, and...it sucked! Horrible experience! Never will i be there again! Good luck, be 😟 scared

Nice clean hotel with Friendly staff. Excellent breakfast Room was comfortable. Liked the fact employees are allowed to bring their children to work

It was clean and a good price super loud group here however not that its really hotels fault but crazy screaming kids and we are travling with kids but crazy loud

The location was convenient to our family & ASU. The staff was friendly & very helpful, check in & checkout was easy. The breakfast was so so & the coffee was bad.

Booked a 2 queen bed room 45 minutes before our family of 4 checked in. When we arrived they said they did not have a room with 2 beds and “upgraded” us to a king suite with a pull out sofa. The pull out sofa was pretty much a chair and barely big enough to fit one of our children. I asked for them to give us an additional room so all of us could have a bed to sleep in. The staff member, who was on a personal speaker phone call the entire time of our conversation, said all they had to do was provide us with a room similar to what we booked through hotels.com. I asked for extra blankets since this meant one of us would be sleeping on the floor and they had no extra blankets that were clean. Room was adequate for 2 people but tv didn’t work and no black out curtains.

Staff from Manager to maid and concierge were fabulous! Complimentary breakfast and staff were very good 7/3, but not so much 7/4. The door to our room was very difficult to open. The lovely maid helped me (208) as my husband was away with his family for the afternoon.She supplied more towels and the kind. The Manager offered another room-but I declined (didn’t want to move stuff. Most did a super job.

Around 2am another couple entered our room with there key card waking me and my family up. And then at 4am the fire alarm for the entire building went off and fire department showed up until 6am no fire just faulting alarm. They say it has happened before
