Club Wyndham Resort at Fairfield Bay

The family friendly room was fantastic and the free and reduced-priced activities were excellent! 3 outside pools at various places on the property. The "Cool Pool" had a nice cafe with pizza and drinks to purchase. The resort is a nice community with restaurants and churches and mini golf and a golf course.

Super clean, comfortable and convenient place to stay. Extremely affordable. Great getaway for our family of 5. Enjoyed the discounts at Marina, Fitness Center and restaurants just for staying with Wyndham.

I have never been to a hotel resort where the front desk staff are so incredibly rude and so horribly trained in customer service. This trip was planned for months for a family reunion and we were all treated poorly at check in. When I needed assistance because I locked myself self out of my room it was another horribly rude experience. The maintenance man who let me back into the room was really super nice and professional! Next year we will definitely choose a different place to stay.

When Fairfield Bay says that they’re a resort town, they’re not kidding! I loved Hamilton Cove! Though they didn’t have soap for the dishes or wastebaskets in the kitchen or bedroom. I loved the Roots products and the shampoo and conditioner worked well on my hair and scalp. Which is saying something because my scalp dandruffs easily and my hair is thick and tangles easily due to curling into itself. I also loved bathing in the bathtub! The bathtub was rather jacuzzi-like but wasn’t an actual jacuzzi. Thank you for such a wonderful experience! I was really touched and impressed. And thank you, maintenance guy for helping me carry my stuff in on Friday night!

Is was a great stay. The staff was amazing and made check out very easy and quick. Condo was clean, a/c worked great. Will return with whole family

Fairfield Bay is a hidden gem! I grew up coming here every summer as a kid and the memories are precious. It was such a joy to bring my own kids and some family friends here to relax, boat and enjoy the area. The exterior of the condo's are a little dated, but the interior is fantastically updated. The service at the check-in building was so great. They answered all our questions, e told us about all the things to do. They were so friendly and courteous. The pillows on the beds were awesome, however the beds were a a little springy and uncomfortable, but not bad enough to not get sleep. The Cool Pool and restaurant were a nice little break. We love Wyndham Fairfield Bay and cannot wait to go back!

The walls between units are VERY thin and the family next to us had young children who were quite loud. That's certainly not the fault of the family or the children - we understood they were on vacation, but it did make me wish there was more soundproofing.

The staff is always AMAZING! They are so friendly and helpful. I've been taking my kids to this property for over 30 years and we've never had a bad experience. Highly recommend if you love to ride your RZRs and 4-wheelers! You can park the car and not get back in until time to go home. We can ride all over the place without any issues.

Loved our stay at Fairfield Bay Resort. Check in was smooth and easy, our condo was perfect size for my husband and myself, bed was so comfortable. Enjoyed that they were able to put my family (2 sisters, one brother and their spouses) all side by side. We all had a wonderful stay, only negative thing I have to say is we didn’t have longer to stay. I hope to visit Fairfield Bay Resort again.

Very laid back community great for a family vacation or a weekend getaway.
