La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Bentonville

Most of the visit was good but at 6 am the people above us were allowing to let their kids stomp and there was a vacuum or hair dryer going off. I think you should have people with small kids stay on the bottom level. Our drive home was miserable because of our lack of sleep. Other than that the rest of the stay was great and the bed was very comfy

Our first night there we were informed that we had been upgraded which was very nice! However our second night the room above us was so loud and annoying. The children were running, jumping and making so much noise it was unbearable to sleep. This went on until well after midnight. We had planned to leave at 4am for our in long drive home needless to say we were not rested. Not sure we would stay again.

For 15 years ive been coming here and ive never had a bad or disrespectful stay. But there is a new woman thats very rude and wasnt only to me and my family but i noticed to others

Check in was fine. The room was clean. The AC unit under the window had the bottom piece hanging forward and open exposing some wires and the air filter access. I pushed it back in place but the next morning it was hanging open again. Fortunately, we didn't have any kids with us that might get curious. The rear entrance was broken and propped open w/ a rock 2nd day we arrived back at the room in the evening and noticed the room had not been serviced. The front desk said that the linens and towels are swapped out every 3 nights but that they should have cleaned the room. I asked for a few new towels, TP and soap. The TP was locked up so I didn't get that and had to go get some on my own. Yes, really. I asked if we could get the room fully serviced the next day and they said yes and wrote it down. Next day after returning again it still did not get serviced at all. Garbage cans all full. 2 days of towels on floor, etc. Front desk gave me new towels, some shampoo and a roll of TP. It seems that the guy the previous night "didn't look hard enough" or so I was told. 3rd day returned to room and it was finally cleaned. We checked out next morning and were asked how the stay was. I relayed the issues to a person who I believe was a supervisor. She apologized, reiterated that they should have cleaned and restocked the room with TP, soap etc every day. She took my # and said she would see if she could get me a discount. 4 days later no call and the full amount was charge to my card.

You could hear anyone walking up and down the hall ways. The flooring definitely needs redone. Also, the lady upfront had her son there lingering around the lobby with an animal. You could tell he was on drugs. Employees do not need their family members hanging out at work.

Easy to find, clean, friendly staff, Front desk staff listened to complaint re: kids running and being loud in hall. She was monitored the situation as there was ball playoffs in town. Breakfast was good

This was a decent La Quinta that housed me and the family for a quick back to school vacation. The pool is nice and the kids loved it. We never saw a maid the entire time we were there, so our room wasn’t serviced. But other than that, it was a relatively clean property, in a good location, and the price was right.

Very nice place to stay. Good breakfast, friendly staff. Hot coffee out pretty much all day and night. Only problem we had was kids stomping on our ceiling until 10:30 at night, but that was only for one night.

#1my first night there I started coughing non stop.But when I leave to go see my family members in Bentonville, Arkansas. I wouldn't cough. Plus the guy in the room next door to my room, he was coughing and cussing about it too. And I got in Friday evening and unloaded my car. I went to Walmart and some food. Will I woke up coughing and severed migraine and vomiting from 10:10am. Till I had to call one of my brothers and his wife, had to come check on me. Around 7:30pm.They tried both phone in my room to call 911. But the phone didn't work. So my brother had his wife use her cellphone. I was transferred to . ER hospital , After 4 hours I was released, to go back to my hotel room. They had give 2 shots and IVbag. But I was very weak, so my sister in-law went in to the hotel to see if they had a wheelchair we could used to get to my room. She was told no, they have one. That piss me and brother and his wife off. You should have one for these try of emergency. After my family helped me up me room #346.and I locked my door. I went to bed. But damm I woke up coughing after vomiting for over 10 hours. My stomach and chest hurt . I checked in on 8/12/22& out 8/17/22. I coughing the whole time I was they room. My husband told me to check around my room for heavy dust. I find it on the top of my head broad a 1/2 inch thick hasn't been dusted in at a month. I told front desk the morning I check out. I will not staying there anymore. And I have stay over 10 time . When I go to Ark.

The kids enjoyed the pool and the hotel is in a great location. Breakfast was good
