Comfort Suites Bentonville - Rogers

Computers were down on check in. Elevator quit working so we had to do the stairs to our 4th floor room. Grandparents with small grandchildren. It was not a good experience. Breakfast was good, but the area was way to small. Had to stand.

The room was nice but since it was family weekend the price was overly priced. Still liked the stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at their hotel. I had some special requests and they were met and then some. My daughter was having a baby so we had grandkids on some nights and then my elderly mother came to meet the new Great great grandchildren. It was so easy for her to get to our room and our suite was so comfortable. We will be back to visit our grandchildren and we will definitely be staying here again! Thank you!

A/C did not work in room. Although I was switched rooms it seemed to be a huge inconvenience. Also, saw the same receptionist scold a child for petting her non-leashed working dog in the lobby.

It was really a fantastic room and stay. The staff were great. The breakfast was amazing. The pool area was clean and warm. My only 2 issues: 1. My family ran out of toilet paper. The cleaners didn't replace the first roll we used when they cleaned our room on Thursday, and with a family of 3 we quickly ran out before Saturday departure. 2. There was black-colored mold on the ceiling, and a piece of the ceiling was peeling off --- both in the bathroom. It looks like perhaps there was a leak above at some point. I was worried for a few minutes, but then realized we were only staying four nights so we likely wouldn't be affected if the mold was dangerous. I would return again!

We had a great time in the area to watch softball, until the tornado hit in the middle of the night. The young man working the night shift handle the situation very well considering the majority of guests was families with young children in town for softball.

Clean and convenient for what we were doing (Crystal Bridges), decent breakfast selection, kids enjoyed the indoor pool, would stay again.

Great hotel in a good location. Nice large clean rooms. The bed could have been a little softer for my taste but was comfortable. Friendly staff and a full breakfast in a nice area.The pool was a little small but is great for children. Would definitely stay here again.

What I liked was the rooms were clean and quiet and the breakfast had alot of selection to choose from. What I did not like is the pool had too many people in it and it was very noisy in the evening time with kids. The parent(s) did not keep their children under control. I know they have to have fun but it was getting out of control. The pool area needs to be monitored every once in awhile. There was only one couple that had two small children that actually told them to be a little quieter.

We came for the Foo Fighters concert and brought our children as we stayed in Branson for a few days before. The staff were great and I think they do what they can but the first floor smelled musty. When I folded out the couch for one of the children to sleep on it had a stained mattress and ripped cushions. He ended up having to sleep on the couch for two days because every room was booked. The air conditioner smelled funny and by the morning we left we had a soaked carpet. So wet that it squished when we stepped on it. Again I don’t think it’s the staff I think it’s in need of some major updates. The beds are not comfortable and my back felt it.
