Comfort Inn Bentonville

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was really good. It has quite an assortment with eggs, biscuits, gravy, bacon, and fried potatoes. We had a good experience and recommend this stay to others. The location was great for us too. We were close to restaurants and Walmart and were in town for a family reunion and was close to it as well.

There w were large great spots on the headboards, a dark splatter of substance on the lamp and lamp shade, and the hot tub was down - looked to have been for a long time. Staff was overly rude, had their toddler daughter with her behind the counter running around barefoot with nobody to take care if her by the mom that was working, took requests to get towels, and housekeeping was unprofessional.

We were in the Bentonville area for a wedding and this hotel was a great choice. It was clean and convenient to everything we needed to get to. Staff was friendly, check in and out was easy and it had plenty of space for my small family. I would recommend and stay again if in the area!

The last at check-in (Kaylee) was super helpful in getting adjoining rooms for our family of 5. I also loved that the guest laundry was free. I didn't need to go looking for quarters to wash the baby's clothes. The indoor pool was the perfect temperature. The breakfast was the best I'd had in any similar hotel.

Our doors do not allow us in. Trouble with that … children running n jumping about above us. Toilet loose.. not f bolted down. Otherwise lovely place💕

I will not stay at this Hotel ever again!! I booked 2 King Bed rooms with the nice walk in shower and specified in the reservations, NO FIRST FLOOR ROOMS! Naturally, that is where they wanted to put us! Long story short, we were given a King Room on the 2nd floor and a double queen room but discovered the King room had a conjoining door to the room next door and to our shock there wasn't a lock on the inside of our door!! The people in the next room could have just come on in! When i went to tell them, they offered to move us to a double queen room!! Not what I booked!! We had no choice but to take the room! Then to top everything off, there apparently isn't any kind of non skid bath mat or strips in the tub/shower combo those rooms have and my poor husband slipped and fell in the shower, hurting his back!!! This property needs to fix these safety issues and are damn lucky he wasn't hurt more seriously!!

We booked 2 rooms. Ours was filthy. Feces on the toilet seat. Rocks and pebbles on the carpet. The room was dust. We purchased our own cleaning supplies and used them. Our room’s door was open when we checked in. Another family called about there being a pool and were told there was one. They arrived with a child eager to swim only to be told the pool was closed. It was not a comfortable stay.

The room was in good condition, the bed was comfy and the staff was pleasant. There is a mini kitchen which helped since traveling with a baby. The shower was bigger than average and so was the room. Their breakfast was good. There were eggs, sausage. and other room temp items. Good stay!

The room was huge and very very clean. Did I mention how large the double queen room was? Very nice! Beds were very comfy and the mini kitchen was terrific. The check in person was a bit snippy with the guy before me, but I don't know the full story on that. The whirlpool was out of order, sad. The pool water was freezing, sadder. Grandkids stayed in for 10 minutes and couldn't take it anymore. Will gladly come back!
