Was outdated, no accommodation for a toddler (high chairs) there was bees everywhere and a ton in the pool. They also decorated with freaky statues that are clearly outdated and not worth looking at. No towels in the pool area too was very inconvenient.

Amazing hotel. Staff welcomed my family and made us feel appreciated. Every encounter with the hotel employee was a pleasant experience. The dining at the restaurant was fantastic. Our room had all the amenities and was very clean. Hotel is hidden & surrounded by the most beautiful trees. I can't wait to bring my family back!

The hotel try’s to up charge everything. We got to the hotel an hour early, check in time is 3pm, and they said if we wanted to check in earlier there was a $30 additional charge even though the room was ready. So we waited and came back later. Then they said if we checked out later than 12 noon there was a $30 up charge. We weren’t planning to check out later but it was weird they said that. Seemed like they were targeting people who booked through a 3rd party. There was another family that wanted to check in early and they let them with no additional fee since they hadn’t booked through hotels.com.

My family has stayed at Best Western in Williams every November for the past 7 years, it never disappoints. We love that it’s tucked back into what feels like you’re in the woods, the restaurant is always delicious and decorated so cute, and the seasonal drinks from their Kachina Lounge are always fun to enjoy out by the fire. Staff was friendly and kind. The room was great and they let us actually look at the room options with the different beds to make sure the baby’s crib would fit easily. The restaurant in the lobby was amazing!

One hour outside of the Grand Canyon (south entrance), nestled among hills and pine forests along historic Route 66 lies Williams. This property is located approx. 1 mi west of town. It’s quiet, beautiful out there. Highly recommended for families and/ or those traveling with a dog. Super friendly staff. We enjoyed it.
