We had an amazing, impromptu family day trip to Sedona. Yall did Not disappoint. The suite blew our minds, the property is GORGEOUS and Sedona just shows off. Thank you.

Room wasn’t clean. Sheets were dirty for one of the beds. With 2 kids, would’ve been a hassle to change rooms. We used a couple of towels on bed to sleep on because sheets were dirty.

This was an amazing property! I thought we were booking just a regular hotel suite, but were thrilled that it was basically an apartment, complete with a washer/dryer, full kitchen, living room and deluxe bath with jacuzzi. This is the perfect space for traveling families who need extra room to spread out. The entire staff was super helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay here again!

Compliments to Nick up front and the rest of the staff for the communication throughout the stay. We had a wedding and needed to get in a little early for check-in and Nick was very communicative about the status and let us know exactly to the minute when I could have my wife check-in. Great experience for the entire family. We will be back.

Booked a king suite for our family on Mother’s Day and when we arrived they said they didn’t have any available and that they would have to give us a studio instead. They did discount the rate but it was disappointing that we had a reservation that wasn’t honored and we didn’t really have a choice.

Everything was amazing! The rooms were very spacious, we had many family members staying on property and all had wonderful experiences, we loved that the rooms were big enough to gather together for meals, and the grills were a huge perk! The pools were clean and very warm! Hot tubs were wonderful too! The staff was so friendly and accommodating, the first day our coffee pot wasn’t working, we informed the front desk and a new one was brought to the room in less than 20 mins! We would most definitely stay again!

The only problem was we were on the bottom floor and kids were on the top floor. They kept running back and forth and It sounded like a heard of elephants. We complained several times to the front desk but nothing changed. We finally had to walk upstairs and confront them to get it to stop.

The property overall was gorgeous and the pools and hot tub were a bonus. However... they tried to hard sell us to the 90" sell for a time share... and then put us in a below grade room facing the parked cars... so no usable balcony at all for us... and we were given a room that was adjoining to a family with children...not really relaxing and certainly not worthy of buying a time share...oy.
