When we arrived it was 116 degrees outside. The front lobby ac was not working. First impressions. The elevator is small, outdated and hot. Although thermostats were located in every floor's hallway, they were not on, so hallways were stuffy and hot. Our ac was barely blowing out cool air. My husband removed the filter and found it clogged and dirty. He took it into our bathroom and cleaned it, which helped. The outside pool area had no umbrellas to provide shade. On our 2nd day, my husband rearranged the armchair in order to view the extremely small TV. Behind the chair, we found a container of old, moldy food left by a prior guest. Disgusting. Tv is way too small and does not swivel. For a room this size, we found it unreasonable. Housekeeping staff very unfriendly. Never greeted us. Front desk staff were polite. Full breakfast was ok, but eggs are gross. Bathroom was clean. Grounds were clean. We had our grandkids with us for the weekend, and the room was spacious enough for us 5. I would not return and when my mother in law asked for a recommendation, I did not recommend this hotel. Good price.

Room was pretty clean but we really had a hard time getting the A/C to cool off the room. We set it to as cold as it gets which was 61 degrees but the room didn’t feel like 61 degrees, to be honest. My entire family had a hard time sleeping in a hot room

The refrigerator did not work. The pillows on the bed were kid sized. The tv was the smallest tv I have ever seen in a hotel room. It is a good location and the breakfast was good.

The room was so hot and stuffy. The air conditioner did not work and my kids have asthma so we were all very uncomfortable.

The accommodations were comfortable. The place smelled clean and mostly appeared clean. The carpets could use some cleaning. We were excited about the jacuzzi but when we got home from dinner there were a ton of kids playing in it so we never did get to do that. Not much they could do about that. They had great wiFi which was important because our son was missing some Ca state testing which he was able to do in our room. We faced the fwy and didn't hear much noise, however the black out curtains could be longer. The light from parking lot faced us as well and came into the room. Didn't matter much as we slept like babies. We would stay again.

We are a family of 4 that traveled for Spring training 2024. The hotel stay was okay. The price was a little much for the condition and comfort pf the hotel. The pull out couch was extremely uncomfortable. My back is swore from all the spring and metal bars. If you are traveling as a party of 4, I would not recommend getting the room with a pull out couch. The room cleanliness was okay, there was dust in the vents. Overall, I would recommend it as a last resort and a max stay of 1 to 2 day.

Unfortunately this stay was really uncomfortable from the very beginning. The bedspread had multiple stains, the sleeper sofa mattress was disgusting, the door looked liked someone tried to force it open with a crowbar and there was a one inch gap under the door that allowed every passing sound into the room and there so were many of them. Running, screaming kids, drunk adults, and TONS of doors opening and closing up and down the hallway at all hours. We were in Peoria for Spring Training Baseball, couldn’t find another place to stay on short notice and so decided to stay put for two sleepless nights. Too many things to list, I just would never stay there again. Noisy, dirty and Expensive!!

Stayed here for the convenience and proximity to the Peoria Sports Complex to watch Mariners Spring Training games. It is an easy walk to the stadium and local eateries and parking was free at the hotel. We didn’t eat breakfast at the hotel but there were typical breakfast options including waffles to keep most content.
Checkin was very late due to delayed flights. We were initially told our reserved room type wasn’t available due to some form of communication error during our booking and were offered a room with a King bed with a pull out sofa. That doesn’t work for our family anymore and once I showed the email with our reservation details to the person at the front desk, the correct room type was suddenly available; Hmmm… The room was clean and fine overall but the mattresses and pillows weren’t great and there were only enough towels for two people initially.
Overall a decent place to stay for the convenience to the ball park but better quality furnishings and supplying the necessary linens for the number of people expected by room type, could easily improve the experience.

Booked a 3 night stay to do Spring Training.
Enjoyed our stay. Room was clean with everything we needed. Close to the park and the IHOP was just across the street with other good places to eat in the area as well.
The only minuses for us, the bed was a bit hard for us and as with most places we stay, the pillows were a thing.
Also, it’s right by the freeway exit and our room was on the backside of the hotel on that side.
Probably fine for families and a younger crowd but we are older and set in our comforts at this point…
Parking was easy with enough secure access
points to enter and leave without hiking to far within the hotel.
We would give it another try if we could guarantee a room on the front of the venue.
