Like staying at this location because it’s convenient to family and shopping.

The property was clean, easy access to freeway, shopping, dining, Target and more. I was in town to help family and this location was close to their home. The staff was nice from the time I arrived until 8 days later when I checked out. The breakfast area was well-stocked with standard hotel fare, hot and cold. The area was always clean and staff nice. I was traveling alone and my room had a king bed and a pullout sofa, desk, 2 tvs, mini kitchen area with fridge and microwave, sink and coffee maker. It was perfect, clean and the bed was surprisingly comfortable. Only downside is the AC is right next to the bed. There is a small gym, pool, and laundry. I felt safe coming back late from my family's home and was greeted warmly by the staff. There is ample parking, it is also next to Trader Joes and a bunch of chain restaurants!. This was a popular location and was packed all the nights that I stayed. I would stay here again for sure.

I found bed bugs in my bed! Unfortunately, I was told that there were no other rooms available. The front desk clerk offered to spray the bed area. At this point it it nearly 12 midnight. I was exhausted from the day and I had my two kids with me. There was no way I was going to sleep comfortably. The clerk stated he was not able to refund me because I made the reservation through Expedia. He could only suggest that I contact Expedia for a refund. I tried but all I got was the AI chat. Unbelievable!! This ruined my trip. I had to pack up my family and leave for another hotel at midnight! Please refund me.

The room was perfect for what we needed. The room was clean. The double bed couch worked perfect for having the grandkids stay the night. The pool could have been a bit cleaner but overall was good. Be careful the concrete in the hot tub is ROUGH! Breakfast was good for our short stay plenty of options. we will stay again. If you are into shopping and dining out this place is in close proximity to a plethora of stores and restaurants

Visiting my family for a week, this was a great central location. Good shopping mall nearby and freeways for easy access around the Valley. The breakfast each morning was consistent and good. We've stayed at this hotel previously 7 years ago and still great service.

The refrigerator in our room wasn’t working. The layout in the lobby where the coffee was outside of the elevator was a little strange. The layout for the breakfast buffet area was strange as well. People kept getting clustered together and it was hard to move around. We came back to our room after being gone most of the day and the housekeeper had kept the latch open so they could come and go while cleaning the room. However when we got back the housekeeper was about 4 rooms down and they forgot to put the latch back so our room was cracked open for who knows how long. Another family we knew staying there noticed the same thing up on the 4th floor where they were staying.

Front desk person that was working on 6/4/23 at 830pm was awesome! Greeted me and my family with respect and was helpful, kind, and very positive mood. Made us all feel comfortable at the motel!!

Mr. Damon and the entire staff made me feel like family and the hotel was very comforting!

Very nice, spacious, and clean place. My family loved it.

The room was great. Staff was friendly. Very convenient area. I will recommend this hotel to my family and friends.
