Stephanie at the front counter was great. The indoor pool was great, breakfast was great the kitchen lady was very attentive. Rooms and bathrooms were clean. Best Western is quickly becoming our go to hotel for family trips!

Came to Payson to visit family stayed at this motel one night. Super clean very nice staff. Easy checkin. Nice breakfast to grab and go. When we come visit family in future we will stay here

My family loved the indoor pool and hot tub. It was indoors and the area was very clean. The staff was friendly and made sure we had pool towels as we arrived.
