Best Western View Of Lake Powell Hotel

We had to change travel plans due to a birth in the family. All other hotels we can reservations for accomadated our change if plans. Everyone but best western. I will never stay at a best western again!

safe area. close to the national parks. friendly staff. place is great if traveling with kids. great breakfast options.

Our 2nd visit & I liked how clean the rooms were. Smoke detector kept chirping & once that was fixed, we had quiet sleep. Susie in Breakfast was a sweet gal & would keep tables clean & even brought me yogurt with a smile! Breakfast is amazing & views are great. Staff seemed friendly, never have issues here of safety-with family & feel most comfortable at this hotel. Short distance to everything is bonus.

The location was convenient for our overnight stay. Had adjoining rooms for our family! Nice view, and good breakfast!

We enjoyed our stay to this place. I would definitely recommend this place to my family and friends whenever they are visiting this place.

We were fir family road trip and stay only one night : Pro = breakfast, place , bed matress Cons : terrible weak wifi, room must be repaint

Only good thing was view of outstanding sunset. Inadequate breakfast, toilet was kid’s’ toilet (very low), a/c constantly on & off & noisy, room floor in terrible shape, window on wall between bathroom & bedroom. Whole experience not good for as much as we paid.

Bed bugs!!!!!! Room 215 room 217. I had three rooms and the front desk receptionist did everything she could do and then they said the manager was going to call me but they’d didn’t. As a person that has work in the hospitality industry, a call from the manager would have been nice. Our kids and some the adults got bitten up nasty. Beware of this property.

We walked in at 1PM to check in. Even though the room was ready, they told us there will be $25 extra charge if we would to get the room early. So we went out and spent some time outside and came back. Except one person at the desk, none were helpful nor happy to be there. Our wi fi did not work on all 4 of our phones. When I told the receptionist, she had mouth full of food and just gave us the little paper with Wi-Fi and PW info on it. When I told her Wi-Fi wasn’t working on any of our phones, she simply told us to reboot our phones because it’s working fine on her computer. We had very small bottle of shampoo, conditioner, and a small bar soap. I went up to the desk to ask for more, but the receptionist said they ran out of the bar soap/body wash. Vending machine did not work after trying with our cards and cash, when we spotted a worker and asked if he can help, he said there was another machine on the 3rd floor without any explanation or attempts to help us. The pool was full of bugs. We knew we couldn’t expect any help from any workers so we ended up finding a net and cleaned it up ourselves. We asked if the jet in hot tub worked, we got a simple answer of “no”. The pool was very cloudy and murky at all time of the day, I yelled at our kids not to open their mouth or swallow any water. The area around the hotel is very quiet and not much going on. We had a great meal at Grand Canyon brewery. Close proximity to horseshoe bend and antelope canyon.

It was a great location for Antelope Canyon, nice hotel, comfortable for a family with good facilities. Reasonable breakfast and overall good value.
