Holiday Inn Express & Suites Page, an IHG Hotel

The room was nice and clean! Spacious, comfortable beds. One big NO is sofa mattress. We had 3 adults and 3 kids. So, we had to use pull out sofa and the mattress was horrible, impossible to sleep on.My daughter put sofa pillows on the floor and slept on them. The mattress was ripped and it felt like metal cage covered with a sheet. The breakfast had plenty of options. Everything tasted good. We came down for breakfast around 8 am on Saturday and it was very crowded and the staff did not keep up with maintenance of the buffet. We had to wait for about 15 - 20 minutes for some items( omelets , gravy, ). Was not a big deal for us . But could be if we had a tour booked for earlier time. The hotel is conveniently located to some attractions in the area. Antelope canyon, hoarse shoe bend, lake power. Etc. We would stay here again, if we had only 4 people, but with 6( because of the sofa situation), it’s not an option.

This is a very clean economy hotel with a great location in Page. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. This stay was perfect for our family - we had a suite, which was plenty of room for 4 people.

Nice place to stay with family. The breakfast spread is a plus. Quiet with good parking spaces.

It’s located in a quiet road with walking distance to restaurants, close to gas stations, Glen Dam overlooks, Horseshoe Bench, lake Powell. Services and breakfast were very good. It was clean and well kept. My family really enjoyed our stay there.

The hotel was closed to horse shoe bend and upper and lower Antelope canyon. However, hotel receptionists were not friendly. We were family of four but they give us just two towels at the time we check in. We asked for two more they said the towels were in the washer and they would bring it when it’s done. They didn’t bring the towels to us. The next day we asked, the hotel staff said the same thing. We had to wait until afternoon and had to asked them again. They brought just two for the next day. We were tired to ask so we shared the towels☹️. Hotel is supposed to have enough or little extra towels for guests. Hotel staffs are cold. They don’t bother to greet guests when they come in. I don’t feel welcome there at all.

It is spacious, clean and bright. Has all you need for a family vacation. The staff are very friendly. The only compliant is the internet is very slow in the evening. Maybe it is due to too many users at that time. The internet speed is okay in the morning.

The property was very nice, and family friendly. The free breakfast offered good variety. The rooms were big and spacious.I would recommend this hotel.

understaffed. asked for extra towels and pillows , nobody could bring it as only 1 staff (front desk) for the night shift. dusty rooms, check under the beds, so disgusting, seemed like it hasn't been vacuumed for months empty toilet papers in bathrooms , my son had a big bug bite the morning he woke up, not enough tables/chairs in the dining area for breakfast. hotel staff slow in refilling breakfast foods. no drinking water machine in the hotel. looks nice fr the outside due to new paints but inside needs remodeling.pool water freezing cold even summer. my family was expecting better fr this hotel
