Perfect stay for my family

Our stay was great, check in was fast, facility is clean and modern. Amenities on site are awesome. My children greatly enjoyed their time here and expressed they would love to return for a weekend stay. Location of hotel is nice, close to Riverview Park.

It was great for kids. Outside of the hotel were beautiful and had activities for kids. The room was pretty small for our team. Overall was good

Multiple swimming pools for my family to enjoy. With the exception of toiletries not fully stocked and towel issuance being slightly frugal, it was a great place to stay! We will go back!

The check in process was very smooth and the hotel staff member that I worked with was very professional and quick about the check in process. The room was ok we got a junior suite which was not a suite at all the only difference was that we had a pull out sofa. The biggest thing upon entering the room was that there were very few lights and the ones in there had dim light bulbs. This was worst in the bathroom where one of the vanity lights would only work when it wanted to. I tried to tighten the bulb but to no avail. A hotel really only needs to get 2 things right in my book, the mattress and the shower. This property definitely needs an update on both. The mattress was soft and kind of lumpy and the shower was probably the worst experience I have ever had with my clothes off. The water hardly dribbled out of the shower head from a lack of water pressure. I understand that my visit was during peak season, however for what I received for the price, I would have been better off at a motel 6. The ONLY reason to stay here is the proximity to the ball park. I will not be fooled by your big brand name again in the future.

They didnt have a junior suite for us so we had to down size due to no communication with expedia. Then at 4am we were waken up to a false fire alarm and the vandals sprayed the fire extinguisher right outside our room. We ran out in a panic. We were not offered an alternative room and had to walk back into the extinguisher powder to get back to our room. We had 5 yr old and 1 yr old.

Property was nice, I booked on Expedia a jr. Suit and when I arrived they did not have that room available to me and I had to downgrade rooms for the same price because of going through a 3rd party, but they did give me complimentary breakfast because of that. There was also a early morning fire alarm pulled by some kids who also sprayed the fire extinguishers all over the halls which made it look like smoke so 4am the hotel was evacuated and we sat outside waiting for the fire department to clear us to go back in. Overall the hotel handled and the stay was pleasant.

It’s first time I stay in this hotel, love it ❤️clean staff very friendly . I highly recommend and will stay again when I go visit my family there .

This is my favorite hotel for the kids and I go go and relax. However it has gone downhill so much! Our room wasn’t ready at checkin and they kept telling me “another hour”, luckily a SUPER NICE MANAGER helped us and gave us $100 in food vouchers! I think her name was Tracy and she was AMAZING! She genuinely tried her best to make all our wrongs, right. We went swimming, she came to tell us our room was ready. My husband went to put our stuff in the room. When we were done going to shower for dinner at their grill to use the vouchers, I found a BEDBUG ON THE PILLOW! I called and they downgraded my room. There was 5 of us, I had reserved a Jr suite. We moved to a room with only 2 queen beds so sleep wasn’t comfortable at all trying to fit 3 into a bed. We ordered at the grill and bar and that lady was horrible. She got everything wrong, didn’t notify us of “changes” not on the menu, and our food took foreverrrrrr. It was also a problem for us to eat outside when they recommended it! So we tried the La Plancha Mexican restaurant inside the hotel, they wouldn’t accept the voucher until Tracy made it right again! When they were boxing up our pizza, they dropped it! Tracy to the rescue again! We finally decided to go out for the evening. We came back and tried to watch tv, the remote didn’t work. A guy brought up another one 30 minutes after we called for one. The next morning we didn’t even try for breakfast. We left right away after trying their Starbucks cafe. That girl was nic
